New tire purchase
I have been a Mike White Ford customer since the purchase of my 2018 Ford Escape. The service is always excellent and the team makes this "old lady" feel well informed about all services needed and performed. Brent Parker was so helpful with my recent visit for the purchase of new tires. It was done in the time he said and I enjoyed the comfort of the showroom while I waited. Thank you, Thank you.

Fast and efficient!
I keep taking my Ecoboost F150 to Mike White for service because their oil changes are cheaper than most independent shops these days. They are fast, efficient, and I like their prices!

This Time
I have taken my truck in for services at this dealership since buying it brand new. Every other time i have rated the service 5 stars. This time when i got my truck back the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat was left in the truck. Not a huge deal but it stank of grease and diesel, which left the smell in the truck for a day or so. The service sheet said the tire pressure had been checked. From the dealership to my house the right rear low tire indicator came on. When checking none of the tire pressures were correct or even. The rear tires were about 20 lbs low each. I assume the rotation had been done and the pressure was not adjusted. As noted above, every other service i have had has been great. This one was disappointing.

Kid friendly
The service was top notch! Once I arrived everyone was courteous of my two young children having to join me. They even mentioned that they could come to my home to complete the same service, I will have to look in to that for next time.

Oil change and checkup
As always - easy check in, great communication, great review of "health" of truck. Only challenge was that I need TWO visits to fix an oil leak - one to diagnose and a second to fix. That doesn't sound reasonable especially traveling from St. Maries. Hopefully I can resolve this when I call to schedule.

Always good service, but questions
Preventative maintenance service and tire rotation completed in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and informative about service needs. Service tech noted oil pan leak detected. However, previous service there was no leak detected or noted. Owner rechecked for leak for 2 days after service. No leak detected or found, question validity of oil pan leak.

Exceptional Service
Brought my truck in for a routine service. The customer service was great and Brent explained what would be done, did a quick walk around the vehicle with me, and got my truck back to me in a timely manner. Once service was completed, he let me know of some upcoming maintenance I'll need to take care of which I appreciate so I can plan for the financial cost ahead of time. Overall it was great service and I will continue using Mike White for service on my pickup.

Had the "works" done plus a few other items i wanted checked.
I don't do google or Facebook to write reviews. As always the appointment went well. Everything was completed in the schedule time. I was told about the mobile service and might try it next time. The waiting area is very comfortable while service is being done.

Thankful for the service team at Mike White, I had the pleasure of working with Manny and Brent, and from the start they made sure I was safe driving my car to the dealership( tires)
They got me in right away, and also made sure I made it to work on time. They kept me informed on my service, and got it done for me faster than I expected. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Manny and Brent. You made a scary and stressful situation easy.
