Service experience
Had rear door wiring harnesses replaced, both doors. Check engine light off when I left dealership. Next morning back on, very frustrating, don’t have time for another appt. when should have been resolved through previous appt and diagnoses

They are very helpful, nice, glad to help. Just haven’t exactly figured out what is wrong with our 2016, F150 yet. Was towed this time to Jess Ford. AJ has taken it upon himself to keep in touch with Zachery at Jess Ford. Been texting me personally step by step. Going the extra mile.

Didn't fully clean up.
They fixed the issues and were pleasant to work with and great communication. I got the vehicle back home and noticed grease on the side of my truck on the door, greasy hand and arm prints on the inside and outside of the windows and hand prints on my rearview mirror. I called the service department and voiced my concerns. I am awaiting a response back from the service advisor. I think Mike White will make it right but we will see.

Troubles with 2016 F150
Our warranty was up on our Truck and we started having problems. Was so stressed out about it. We had taken the truck into Service 3 times. AJ and Kevin were very patient and understanding with us. They think they have digit out. We will see.

Always going the extra mile
The service department originally had made an appointment for my truck that was a little over a month out (super busy, I get it). Once I explained that my lights to the truck keep going out and nothing on my dash work so driving at night is impossible....they were able to fit me in-between other appointments. I was told they may need my truck for up to a week to do this, however they were done in two days. I bought my truck from Mike Hayden (Sp?) and he was awesome, he has moved up and may not be in sales but still sees me and continues to ask if everything is going well. I live in Spokane so there are many places closer to take my vehicle but I continue to drive the one hour each way drive because of the fantastic staff at Mike White Ford. I truly believe they treat people like they want to be treated so I will always be loyal to them. Thanks again for going above and beyond!!!

Expert courteous staff.
I went in for a oil change and a funny noise in the drive train. They were able to identify the noise, and repair it at no cost. The service advisor kept me informed and make sure my vehicle was repaired and attend to properly.

Truck was not finished when promised
Communication was mediocre. My truck was not finished in time, a week late. Bought my new Raptor here and don’t feel like that matters.

2021 Expedition would not start.
Wife’s car would not start and multiple sensor alarms initiated. Called Mike White Ford, gave her instruction how to start vehicle with key fob. Brought to dealer left overnight. Diagnostics could not identify a/the problem. Working fine. Hopefully no further events.

AC work
While it took a bit to figure out the finicky AC problem on my T-bird, they took care of it and AJ saw that the diagnostic fee was waived since it was realized that no one informed me if this fee over and above the labor/parts charge. I greatly appreciate the integrity of the employees to respond when they see a distressed client. Thank you AJ
