Bad car

My car doesn't stop to break apart And I have to pay for it, because nothing is included. In Warranty it's a stupid car and bad coffee service.I would not recommend anyone to use this company

Good but not Great

I traded in a 2021 Santa Fe Limited for the smaller 2025 Tuscon Limited as I did not think I needed the larger space any longer. I thought I was getting a comparable vehicle, but this is unfortunately not on par with the Santa Fe Limited and should not have the title of "Limited". It suggests more than what it delivers. Although the vehicle is nice, has a decent ride, great features, and upscale interior, it pales in comparison in power. It's superficially upscale exterior does not match the vehicle's sub-standard engine. I, unfortunately, regret trading in what was a far superior vehicle and am anxiously awaiting for the end of this lease.

Love our Hyundai Tucson

This is our second Tucson. We currently have a 2025 Tucson. The acceleration appears better in the new vehicle than our last one. Also the dash has been re-designed to look way more modern. The ride is comfortable and handling is good for an compact SUV. Wish the gas mileage was better but it is adequate.

Black Beauty 2025

I love the smooth ride of the car. I love the safety features on the car. It’s the perfect car for me. I wanted an inexpensive SUV but the luxury of a nice vehicle.

Surprised by a few, what should be standard, missing features.

Due to increased auto theft across the nation, I’m surprised by a simple feature like a programmable garage door that is missing in this vehicle. It is unnerving to have to carry an obvious garage door remote, making me feel vulnerable to home invasion. A $48K vehicle, at minimum, should have this safety feature included automatically.

Nearly a Lemon

For the first five months I really loved this car. Then beginning in the middle of month 5 I began having problems. On a trip to Colorado we got as far as Des Moines, Ia where we left the car in a Hyundai Service Center, got a loaner and finished our trip. Six weeks later we finally got our car back. Then about a month later it ended up at the Hyundai Service in Rochester, MN for another 3 weeks being repaired while we drove a loaner. We got our car back and had to take it back the day before Thanksgiving. They kept it for a month, but couldn't find the problem, although they tried very hard. We got it back just before Christmas. Now I am afraid to take it very far from, especially in this cold weather. I have been driving for 70 years and always bought used cars. No trouble with any of them. Now that I am 87 years old I decided to buy my first new car so it would be safe and dependable. Much to my surprise, it is neither of those things. What a disappointment. I have threatened to paint it yellow.

It has become my favorite vehicle

I did not know much about Tucson or Hyundai in general, but many have recommended the Tucson, and I have many while I was out on the road. I got a recommendation which sales person to contact in my town and from there everything went fast. This vehicle has not disappointed me once. Winter in the northern part of the country can be tough, and this winter is one of them. My Tucson with its HTRAC plows through snow like nothing, I cannot say that about any of my previous vehicles. I like the comfort of the heated seats and heated steering wheel, the remote starter via key fob is great, but even better is the remote starter availability via the MyHyundai app, which is free as long as I own this vehicle. It gives me more specific options, not just starting the engine, my seats and the steering wheel are wheel heated, the windows are ice and fog free, and I can have up to 4 personal settings, winter, summer and two more. There are two features I miss, and every time Hyundai ask my opinion, I am mentioning them: I miss electric foldable mirrors and a a capless fuel tank. My previous vehicle had both , and I think they are no luxury features.

Just the right size

If you are young or old this vehicle is the right size to get in and out of. great gas mileage, nice options available, fits in the garage nicely, roomy inside for at least five, roomy cargo space to haul bigger loads. lower maintenance cost then larger vehicles.

I like this vehicle much but it is very underpowered.

I am pleased with this vehicle. It has alot of features that I had on more expensive cars. It is quiet and relaxing to operate. It just needs a turbo for a bit more go!
