Very satisfied

Easy to drive very comfortable all good but I don't like to put the maintenance button that I have to engage every time that I engage the drive mode when I start the vehicle so that the engine keeps running

Nice features but GPS needs work.

Engine is rather noisy. Nice features and good app. GPS has sent me 14 miles out of my way once and had me turn left when it should have said right. Reroutes aren't the best.

Love it but a few negatives

I put on a LOT OF MILES.... 35K plus per year, I currently have 76k on my vehicle in 30 months. . My cruise control will randomly shut off and my driver's side back window no longer works. I actually love it otherwise. No complaints about anything else!

No tech support

Bought the car new. Had some other girls name registered in the radio dashboard screen. No one helped me set it up or even told me I could while I was there. Later i was told the salesman should have but he’s gone now. No one wants to help. I can’t get her out of my computer. Can’t find anywhere in the manual to help or to change the speed thing from dial to digital. The manual is useless for most computer stuff. Back up camera went out within months. They replac It. Now my real windshield wiper comes on when backing up. Gas mileage is good. Has no pick up and hesitates when you gas it to go from red light. Smooth ride. Service department has been great. I was not informed the car would cut off at lights. That would have been a deal breaker. But I signed for the car before I discovered that. NOBODY likes that feature. The car seems reliable. Its cute. I do like being able to start the car from in my house but that girls name comes up everytime I crank the car.

Oh give me a home where the Tuscon still roamsco

I love my Tuscon. I'm so glad you had one for me. It drives wonderfully and I don't have just over 13,000 miles on. It is fun to drive!

So far I have been pleased with my Tucson. Wish I could waited for the 2025 model. We have plenty of room inside for a family of 4. Plenty of trunk space for trips. Wife loves to drive it around town. The only gripe so far has been the Underbody Splash shield on the driver side. It has broken off and is now hanging down rubbing in the ground. The shield seems flimsy. Seems like this part could be better made. To replace this part it is expensive.

I Never Expected...

I presently own my 3rd Hyundai Tucson. I have always found them dependable, problem free, they drive through anything - even through snow packed roads, and I feel secure with Hyundai's awesome warranty. I would have given this Tucson a top 5 rating, but I gave this survey an overall rating a 2 because I am very upset about the trailer lights issue. I don't have a problem with the "recall" (things happen), but for Hyundai to not have a replacement part for it - is simply unacceptable. I paid extra to have the tow package installed so I could pull my kayak trailer during the all too short summer months. To not be able to use the trailer is a HUGE issue. I did write to Hyundai asking when they thought they'd have a replacement for the faulty wiring system. I got a reply very quickly, BUT - the reply didn't answer the question. This "no replacement part" issue and the obvious avoidance by Hyundai to disclose when (or if) they intend to have a replacement part, has shaken up my trust of Hyundai. After all the years I spent with my various Tucson's, it is all unbelievable to me. I would never have expected this from Hyundai. (If replacement trailer lights were available and installed, I would have rated This vehicle a solid 5 stars.)
