Great car. Fantastic features

I love the car, but as a second owner, I would have loved to have the same service perks as the first owner. Especially since there were only a few thousand miles on the vehicle.

It’s okay at best

I am mostly happy with my 2023 Tucson.

I like it aside from having a bad Tucson thermostat on the coldest day of the year, no response to my recommendation.

The front desk workers are much more caring and compassionate than the actual mechanics. How come I went to get a routine oil change and immediately after had a laundry list of issues with my car. Extreme inconvenience that whatever they disconnected was not reconnected after the oil change was done. I had to miss work for an expected “one business day” of diagnostics to be ran on my car for such a simple thing. Paul Davila was the mechanic who worked on my car, but sounded like a female voice who took the video and explained what they did

Nice Car

Nice car, good features. I feel safe driving it on the highway. My car came with the three Bluelink packages which expire in 2026. I have found that I only utilize 1 of the 3 packages. After 2026, if I want to continue using the packages, I have to purchase each of them at $99 a year; that's $300 total on top of the monthly car payment. I would adamantly urge Hyundai to consider an a la carte feature. I would happily purchase the feature I use the most. I am convinced that I'm not the only Hyundai owner that would welcome the a la carte option. Please, Hyundai, consider this!

Went in for a scheduled oil change on June 03,2025. In addition to the oil change I requested attention to the rubber flap right under the hatch. Was told that they would look in to seeing if they could cover it. I am not sure why they wouldn’t be able to check it out with what I paid for it. Besides, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM YET! It has been 3 weeks!

Best vehicle I've ever owned

A good vehicle for getting around. The safety features on the Limited model are really nice, and I never want to own another vehicle without similar features — tremendous backup cam and simulated overhead view, and lane change warning are especially nice. The seats are comfortable. It's unfortunately lacking in interior design utility and convenience, with a slow in-dash menu system and even slower Android Auto support, and lack of tactile feedback on HVAC and media controls makes it basically impossible to make adjustments while driving unless you use voice commands, which are unnatural and difficult to use with precision. The gas tank is very small, so you will need to fill up more often compared to most other vehicles. As per usual, Hyundai's cargo net is not capable of performing its function and is not recommended. Although my list of cons is long, they are effectively minor nitpicks that aren't presently being done better by any competitors that I know of, but which I hope can be resolved or at least improved upon by the time I need a replacement vehicle. If I was making the purchasing decision today, I would still place Hyundai at the top of my list for consideration.
