Great vehicle with one exception.

When you engage the cruise control, the hands free icon appears. shortly thereafter a warning appears stating keep your eyes on the road. after a period it flashes with a red warning . I assume it will shut the car down unless you turn off that function. Had it in the dealership twice, No solution. I wear tinted glasses and car thinks I am not looking at the road. Very annoying that I can't use this feature while driving. Love the car but will not buy my fourth Hyundai SUV because of this fault. I am required to wear glasses.

Love Our Tucson Hybrid

Love every thing about it. The phone app makes it a breeze. The technology is amazing. And no charge, as Toyota does a monthly fee, for the remote start.

Nice car, subpar gas mileage

I bought this car new and got the top trim package. We wanted a hybrid to help with gas mileage (obviously) but so far have been disappointed in that. We’re only getting 26-28 mpg, much less than the advertised 38 mpg. I was told by the dealership to keep track of it and see if it improves. Other than that it’s a very nice car. Lots of features and comfortable, quiet drive.

Rides Great, But Annoying Warnings

I llove the car, but it's on screen dingings and warnigs are not accurate. Recently, it messaged me on my phone that my car was in an accident. Stressed me out. It was not. It was sitting in my garage. No accident... As I was on the highway, staring at the road, a ding came on that told me to keep my eyes on the road. They were. Then it did it again ten minutes later... My loaded vehicle has everything but rear back up sensors. Why not?
