Hybrid isn't worth the issues

My service tech told me the majority of the vehicles coming into their shop are new hybrids. Wish my sales guy had mentioned this. ? Not worth the price. Too many issues for a brand new vehicle. I won't buy hyndai again.

Great car

Great car. Love the way it drives. Incredibly quite. Lots of safety features (best thing about the vehicle). Love the way it looks. Get lots of compliments. Very happy with my decision and purchase

Too many issues early on

Looks more modern and stylish than competitors but things already not working well (oil leak, rear door latch issues, handle sensors inconsistent, weird stuffing coming out of windshield, weird jolting went accelerating).. I am anxious about what more problems I will be facing if these things are already not working well.. wanted to try out new brand but am kind of disappointment in my experience so far.. sad to not have faith in my car already

Not my favorite car

I am disappointed that there is a knocking noise that no one can seem to fix. My car was in the shop for 2 months after purchase. I thought it was resolved but the noise is back. I drive very high miles and was hopeful a hybrid was a good option. I just don’t feel the quality is up to par.

Lots of mic features , easy to drive and looks natural ce.

The car is excellent, howevet, if you’re not familiar with new technology, it can be difficult to learn without someone showing you how to use the navigation system. I am still very satisfied with the car.

Not that impressed

I had high hopes on his car being something I love for next 10 years. Sadly, it's fallen short for me. Gas mpg is NOT accurately advertised. If you are considering this for saving on fuel, consider how much your monthly payment will cost like it's additional gas prices. So I'm not really saving at this time, which was my goal.

Extremely happy with all aspects of this purchase

I needed a reliable car, first and foremost. This car has exceeded all of my expectations. It looks really magnificent, inside and out. I also test drove the Santa Fe, but selected the Tucson. I am very happy with this hybrid’s performance.

I was a good purchase

I was expecting better gas mpg. The battery does not stay on enough to increase the mpg.The cameras seem to get dirty quickly, making the lane system to function improperly. Not having a spare tire, makes me feel uncomfortable, while driving. I have always had a spare, this is the first time I haven't had one.

Fun and stylish

The only reason I would not purchase this hybrid vehicle again is the obnoxiously loud reverse beeping. It’s highly embarrassing and can be heard inside our home and our neighbors homes. Otherwise; happy with purchase, but the reverse noise is enough to not buy another one for our second teen.

nice automobile expect long term durability

like Hyundai vehicles. have had several. found them to be well built, easy to drive, and stylish. especially like the 10/100 warranty. it speaks to Hyundai's faith in the quality of their product. have recommended Hyundai vehicles to friends. became interested in the Tuscan hybrid because of the warranty. new technology isn't always the greatest when first introduced. feel comfortable with Hyundai vehicles.

Love my car!

I bought the Tucson for the gas mileage but it is also very comfortable inside. Tucson is reliable and the backup camera is much nicer than the older model. Hyundai has always been reliable and a good value.

Good hybrid suv but reverse beeping will annoy.

Everything is great about the car except for the freeway mileage and the reverse beeping. If you want to embarrass your family just put the car into reverse. Everyone will look at you like if a box truck is backing up.

Great vehicle except for the climate control not working to maintain the temperature setting. Also being a hybrid I expected better fuel economy. I think this vehicle is a good choice for a SUV but not sure how well it will hold up under winter conditions.

2023 Hyundai Tucson

I've had the vehicle for 3 months. Overall, I am very satisfied. However, there is one thing (feature?) that I am "fingernails on a chalkboard" dissatisfied with: The warning beep when the car is in Reverse and the "angelic" hum when the car is in Drive (I believe battery only). There has to be a way to disable this correct? Please contact me and let me know how.

Vehicle looks are great and offers tons of features but the issues is with the build quality and reliability of the vehicle, lot of cabin noise and rattling noise in the cabin in the bumpy roads. Service team is very bad and the response is too bad

Love my Tucson, but wish I would have waited for the upgraded model to come in, so that I would have had all the features available.

Should have waited for the top model to come in. Missing a lot of the features I would have liked to have, like heated/cooled front and rear seats, electric passenger seat, heated steering wheel, tow package and dash blind spot camera.

Gas mileage is not what was reported

Overall the Tucson is good--it is a well made, comfortable car and the driving is great. However, we paid more for a hybrid and on economy mode I only get 29-32 MPG. Also the touchscreen/radio/navigation is poorly designed--it is very confusing and the map does not work well.

Tucson Hybrid Blue JUST PERFECT

I have driven a 2015 Nissan Rogue since new. Decided to buy another NEW vehicle. First tried to buy locally in my home town but dealer add on prices, over sticker price, were way too high. Found this Hyundai Tucson Blue Hybrid and it had most everything I wanted. Would have liked leather & 360 cameras but, that wasn't an option on the car that I purchased. However, I'm satisfied with my 2023 Hyundia Tucson Blue Hybrid.

Just what we wanted

After replacing a Honda CRV we had wrecked- we got a Tucson Hybrid after researching for awhile. Our adult daughter had researched & purchased one last year & we were a little “envious” so we got a Deep Sea Blue Limited & love it- except for having to plug in our phone. (We’d trade out the navigation since we have it on our phone.) But since that’s our biggest complaint- we are happy!

Driver with more than 30 years of experience

It is a very good quality car. It consumes little fuel. Very good technological features. Even though the price I think is slightly high, overall it is an excellent vehicle. I definitely recommend it.
