Safety, performance, MPG, design, Warranty, service and price are all important issues to me when considering the purchase of a new vehicle. All these areas were satisfied when it came to my purchase of my 2023 Tucson hybrid, limited edition. Car provides excellent gas mileage with no sacrifice in power/torque when needed to enter an expressway. I always have confidence when rapid acceleration is necessary. I can’t say enough about the overall design, both interior and exterior of the vehicle. I feel that it is cutting edge and I have a sense of pride when driving it. it handles in a very nimble fashion and provides a comfortable ride and is a fairly priced vehicle for what it includes. Bottom line my Hyundai Tucson checks all the boxes that I consider to be important!

A number of areas are key to my consideration of a purchase of a new vehicle. These include safety, performance, Design, fuel economy, warranty, service availability, and of course price. as far as I’m concerned, my 2023 Tucson hybrid limited met all of these critical areas. Both the interior and exterior design in my book are outstanding providing a very edgy and sharp. Look that gets attention on the road. The front grill and rear tail lights, grab your attention. The vehicle provides nimble handling yet a very comfortable ride. There’s plenty of head and legroom with a well thought out the pricing is very fair, considering all the amenities and features provided and you can’t beat the 10 year warranty! Overall it is a vehicle that I am proud to own and drive!

I love the vehicle but with less than a year of ownership with less that 7K miles it didn't start.

I have no issue with the vehicle. I don't believe you understand the message that I am attempting to describe and had to do with service at the dealership until an acquaintance called me personally and told me that he was going to take care of my issue and vehicle; which he did to my satisfaction.

We purchased this vehicle when the chip shortage prohibited many car options.

This vehicle came available before the Ford hybrid we ordered, so we purchased it instead. I have been happy with the purchase but thought it would get better gas mileage than it does because it is a hybrid. The cost of a hybrid does not justify the lack of gas mileage.

Love everything about car

was looking a regular Tuson but the gas mileage on the Limited hybrid (not the plug in ) was better. Love the styling of the exterior and the interior. Since driving it the gas mileage has been better than i expected. would highly recommend this car to anyone.

Pleased with vehicle, only a few small changes I would make regarding rear taillights being placed higher for rear visibility and interior lighting at night. Overall the vehicle has been a pleasure to drive and I would purchase another Hyundai product.

Great Vehicle

Quality and performance are great. Love the power and mileage. Very comfortable and fun to drive. The storage space is generous and easy to access. The seats are comfortable and the interior is nice and roomy.

Looks Great, Fuel Economy wasn't what was promised

Great looking car inside and out. Fuel economy being quite lower than expected based on the sticker is the only disappointment but it is a biggie for a hybrid. The 37 mph promised isn't the 25-30 mph that I actually am able to get.

Fantastic drive but not the fuel economy I expected

I love this car. I upgraded from a 2017 Tucson to the 2023 Tucson hybrid and I'm so impressed with the new transmission. My 2017 Tucson had serious issues when shifting that made the ride jerky and unresponsive when speeding up. The 2023 is the smoothest drive I've ever experienced. I enjoy all the features the car has to offer and love the way it looks. My biggest complaint is that it does not get 38 mpg as advertised. My average fuel economy is more like 30 mpg, regardless of what drive mode I use or road conditions.

Gas mileage was a lie. Plus other issues. The audio controls are backwards and are not convenient to use. The wireless charger is ridiculously slow and very inconveniently located. There is something inside the doors that will scratch off your tint. I don’t have any kids or anyone to drop anything in there to scratch it. It’s in the same spot on both sides. The dealership isn’t much help and is very inconvenience as well. They didn’t care about my safety and also let me drive my car off the lot after not completing my oil change correctly that lead to me being stranded on the road out of town. Had to wait for a tow truck for two hours in the cold because I didn’t feel safe waiting on the side of the road while all the 18 wheelers wizzed passed me on the side of the road. I will never buy another Hyundai.

Decent low end vehicle

Several issues with the brand, but given that it's a low end vehicle, those are to be expected. Very unhappy with dealerships charging over MSRP. We were in a head on collision that totalled our previous vehicle, and were pretty much over a barrel- and the dealership took full advantage of it.

Competitive, yet compromises evident

The 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is competitively priced, feature rich at the Blue trim level and futuristic in design. However, the few shortcomings leave a bad enough taste in your mouth to make you wonder if you should've splurged on something else.

Tucson Hybrid is better than expected !!! Humble Hyundai buying experience negates any future purchase

Tucson Hybrid AWD is the perfect all purpose vehicle. The first Hyundai I ever purchased, but Humble Hyundai buying experience negates any future purchase of Hyundai until possible resolution. They will did not return any calls. The $2,000 market adjust fails the Value to Purchase category.
