Big disappointment

The first issue was, they never gave me the actual sticker showing the price of my car and the accessories. I asked for it several times even wrote a certified letter and they did not respond at the local dealership. I finally went in and said I was going to sit there till they gave it to me. They sent me one with a different VIN number in a different color with different accessories in the car I actually purchased. Other issues were the gas mileage was nowhere what it should’ve been and I was told I needed to drive 5000 miles and then it would be what it was, I drove 5000 miles. It still did not show the mileage that was advertised when we purchased it and now I have driven 11,000 miles and it still is not at the advertised Mileage for the hybrid. Other issues is that the service department took my car for overnight servicing and never called me to tell me it was finished. I called them three times and no one called me back in three days. I would not recommend buying any car from this manufacturer.

2023 Tucson Hybrid

Love the SUV. 35 mpg since I bought it new. Only problem was a bad rear shock absorber which made it ride poorly over bumps and on rough roads. Took 11 weeks to replace, which was terrible. 2 Weeks for the part and a 9- week wait for the repair. Not happy about that

Reliable commuter vehicle with plenty of features

Reliable commuter vehicle with plenty of storage for tools. For the price it had a number of extra features over its competitors. I liked it so much that when my wife needed a new vehicle, we purchased a Hyundai Kona. It is a comfortable ride with decent performance. The hybrid motor is getting excellent mileage at 37.5 mpg.

5 Star vehicle except for the backup noise

The Tucson drives and rides really well. However, when you put it in reverse, the warning sound is loud enough to wake up neighbors that are hundreds of yards away away. By far the loudest backup warning noise you will hear from any vehicle on the market.

Great mid-size SUV

We have the Hybrid Limited, and it is fantastic. Its safety and convenience features are exactly what we expected from Hyundai vehicles. From the adaptive cruise control to the automatic braking to the lane departure feature - all are excellent!

Great Car.

Really like the car. Seats could be a bit more comfortable. And need to watch the charging system. Car hesitates when stopped and starting to exhilarate. Better seats would be nice. Not much room in the rear cargo. Hard to get a bicycle in without taking it apart.

Poor Mileage for AWD Hybrid

Hyundai has assigned an EPA rating of 38 mi per gallon to this hybrid all-wheel drive Tucson. Real world highway driving is a full 10 mi per gallon lower at around 28 mpg. Also problems with heating and blind spot monitoring.

Excellent car! Roomy, lots of safety features, good gas mileage

Overall, an excellent car! Lots of room, including leg room in front and back. Lots of modern safety features. Good gas mileage (35.5 mpg). Very reliable car! I have been involved in 2 accidents (not the car's fault) & felt very safe inside the vehicle.

Best comfortable car!

I am very happy with my choice of Tuscan hybrid. It's very nice comfortable car and big enough room and trunks too. Looks like similar auto driving experience with Tesla vehicles . All sensors and warnings perfect for safety. It's really best car and I highly recommend. Thanks!

I love my hyundai. My wife drives a 2023 palisade and she loves it. vehicle has extra room between the second row of the cptain seats and you can fold them and move them back and forth. best car ever she states

Exactly the Car I Needed

With retirement approaching, I needed a smaller & more fuel-efficient vehicle. I’d been a Toyota owner for years, but the Tucson had more features & better reviews than the RAV4. I was pleasantly surprised by the Tucson’s power. The fuel efficiency was just what I was hoping for and all the interior setting options make the car feel like it was built for me.

Love my 2023 Tucson Hybrid Limited!!!

This is my third Hyundai and I have LOVED all three. The Limited versions are definitely worth the added expense. With the Hybrid, switching to Sport mode really makes a difference in performance, but it is at the expense of fuel efficiency.

Dealership is great and solved the only problem I have had.

The car is fantastic. We bought it because we were looking for a hybrid and a smaller car. Our daughter say the car and called the dealer to get the next one that was deliered to them. Both cars meet all of our needs.

Not Getting MPG Advertised

To buy a hybrid is for purpose of MPG, this vehicle does not achieve its advertised MPG; I have been driving hybrid (not Hyundai made) vehicle for about 14 years and I am very familiar on how to get max MPG from a hybrid vehicle, my other car has over 275,000 miles on it and I am still getting combined MPG of 1 or less miles from the advertised MPG. This Tucson is off by around 5 or more miles from its advertised MPG and I do not even have 5,000 miles on it. This is the main reason I am rating it poorly. There some other minor issues: nav does not select the best route (even if I have driven the same route and told the survey at the end of the trip that it did not select the optimal route); the climate control in auto is not smart enough to wait for the vehicle to achieve operation temp before blowing full blast inside the cabin (for example, during winter when outside temp is, say, 20 Deg F and the climate control is on auto, as soon as the vehicle is turned on, it blow cold air full blast; and in reverse during summers); the blind spot indicator on the side mirror is not bright enough to be visible during day time).

To many problems with service, to long waiting for ripleysment perts, The price of the car is a bit too high for the service offered by the manufacturer.I expected more driving comfort and less problems with service at the dealer.

Safe and dependable

This is a comfortable safe car that gets excellent mph in and the around town. Not too big or too small easy to handle. Love that 2nd row seats lean back which is wonderful for tall passengers. Very nice sound system

Stylish, Comfortable, well equipped vehcile

The Tucson Hybrid has good looks inside and out, nice features and accessories, is comfortable and fun to drive. The full glass moonroof is a disappointment on how little it opens, probaly no more than 20 inches.

Hyundai does not provide customer service as claimed

My brand new Hyundai (less than 8000 miles) broke down because at a bad rear wheel sensor. I was 400 miles from home and incurred expenses related to the breakdown. It took several weeks to repair the vehicle and Hyundai refused to reimburse me for reasonable transportation costs while the vehicle was being repaired. And my return to the dealership to retrieve my car.
