The way I see it

It is a nice car. The biggest issue is the hesitation when stepping on the gas that makes me forget this is my new car and not my old one. I had turbo lag on my last one. It is not only bothersome but can be dangerous when pulling out into traffic. The second biggest is the trim on the sides of the hood is prone to being torn off in the car wash. That happened to me with both sides being torn off at the same time. When it was repaired, I was shown that this was happening a lot because the trim was held on by double sided tape (which I also saw). Another irksome issue is it is not an intuitive process to navigate and set up the radio stations. Finally, why is there no convenient way to store your sunglasses??? Finally, rakes a touchy. They have very little travel before catching.

Relaxing driving experience

The Hyundai Hybrid is such great car to drive. The comfort, safety features, and options make it driving fun. The Hyundai Sonata we had before this car was also a great vehicle. We had it 13 years and it was a no brainer to buy this hybrid.

A luxurious ride, but.....

Good comfort, good value, great gas mileage.

Overall, this is a great car, but I still have some problems with it. The dashboard lights dim randomly, the hvac system doesn't always turn on right away, and the display I prefer that has current mileage and mpg must always be circulated too before I get to it. I don't like the fact that some things have been cheapened from earlier models I've had. The compass is no longer easy to access, the door pockets have been made so narrow that one can't get one's hands in them, and the door pulls have been removed as well. I considered all of these to be important features that were made worse. Also, although the screen is fine, it is not as touch sensitive as it should be, so too often one has to poke it repeatedly while one is driving to get to what one needs. Still, overall, I like the look of the car, it has a good ride, it averages around 47 mpg even at regular high speeds, the seats are comfortable, and the sound system is almost good enough to induce me to listen to it at 75 miles/hour.

Suffers from Alzheimer’s

My car has Alzheimer’s disease! It forgets programming. Every other day the phone works, every other day the heads up displays disappear, then the lane markings disappear. There is no reason that it can’t hold its programming. When I told Rick Case, where the car was leased, I was told that I must be mistaken.

Great car, comfortable and fuel efficient

Seats are great for long drives, I really like the heads up display. I don't need the AWD so the car routinely gets over 50 mpg.

GREAT HYBRID SEDAN

Superior gas mileage, roomy interior, stylish inside and out and above average accleration when needed. There's not much about this sedan that is not very good.
