I am very unhappy with the passenger seat not going up and down for height adjustment:(
I love all the new and updated features in my 2023 Sonata. This is my 5th Hyundai Sonata (I use to be a Ford Taurus owner before my Sonata's).
I am just extremely unhappy with 2 items. One: was told the color of the car is "blue", well that is not what I see when I am looking at the car. I see "BLACK", when the light hits the car, okay I see some highlights of blue. But it looks like a BLACK, so why not advertise a car as what it looks like, BLACK, Black car!!
Second Item I am VERY, VERY, VERY UNHAPPY that I am unable to raise the passenger seat up - no capability of going up or down. How old fashion is this, especially since this car has all the newest features in this car, which I am very grateful for, but soooooo unhappy that I can't raise my passenger seat. I am 5'4" and I am unable to see the hood of my car. I feel as if I am sitting on the floor. So the solution is to get the "granny pillow" to put in the car and sit on it:(
I am the owner of this car, when I took the test drive, of course, I was in the driver side so I never noticed that the car didn't have capability of not going up or down for height in the passenger side. When I drive with my husband, he drives so I am in the passenger seat- sitting on the floor since I can't raise the seat!! I was told at the time of purchase about this non feature, I was told about all the items that the car did have, which are wonderful.
Again, I can't stress to you enough how miserable I am about this non feature of no height adjustment in passenger seat!.
I don't want to sound like a broken record, please reconsider putting this feature back into the passenger seat.
