Getting over 50 miles per gal

With the cost of gas going up, I wanted a car that got great gas mileage. I tried a Prius but there was a six month wait. The Hyundai was available and on the lot. The car gets over 50 miles to the gal. My wife and I love it.

Worth for money

worth for the money but there is room for some features need to be upgraded to make it easy like wireless carplay and soundproof cabin when you are driving on highways and smooth transmission while switching ev to power.

Highly recommended. Great car for driving on the road. I like when the trunk automatically open when detecting smart key within a few seconds, but I don’t like the fuel filler door always unlocked when we forget to lock the car!

Great car, getting twice the mileage on my work drive.only time ii is loud is during backup, the car come with backup noise. We are enjoying the car but the finance officer did no put the correct vin down and now dealing with fixing their error.

2023 sonata blue hybrid

2023 sonata blue hybrid is a very fine sedan and very reasonably priced. Gets great gas mileage, ride nice, plenty of power. In my opinion a better fit than an suv or truck. Would highly reccommend even though sedan type cars don't seem to be in favor anymore.

Great car

Exterior and interior is amazing, but passager back door holds water after a rainy day. It will sit there until you open the door. Surround sound could be better, it's not loud enough in the back to be considered surround sound. Acceleration could be better, have more power, also gear shift could be smoother.

It's an easy 4.85 Stars!!

Not quite getting the mpg estimated on the literature, wish it had a couple more options for customizing the main display. Other models have ambient lighting, wish this model / trim did also. LOVE the headlights and it's very comfortable and roomy. As long as the battery holds up, very very satisfied with this vehicle.

Love my new car but not so much with my salesman. After the sale his attitude changed completely

My Sonata Hybrid is perfect. Wish my salesman was the same. He lied to me. Not happy with him. He told me if I sent my son to him he would give me a $100 finders fee. Well, my son and daughter-in-law went to him and bought a $45,000 SUV. I was then told I would get $50 NOT the $100 I was promised. Now after almost 2 weeks, I have not received anything from McDonough Hyundai. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Great mileage, styling, and function

We started looking for a reliable hybrid with good styling, features, reliability, and a great warrantee and found the Sonata hybrid. So far we are quite happy with it.The price is also quite reasonable.

New Sonata Hybrid

Bought the Sonata hybrid because of the excellent gas mileage. After purchasing I am very pleased with its performance. There is plenty of head and leg room for 6’ family members to ride comfortably. Love the body style along with the sharp wheels. I am very pleased.

Excellent but there is a problem getting replacement/repair parts when needed as a result of the vehicle's popularity.

Hyundai has designed and built an excellent vehicle. The features and functionality of the vehicle is outstanding, but in some ways, Hyundai is a victim of its own success. It's so busy trying to build more vehicles to meet the demand that they appear to be having problems keeping repair parts in the supply chain in a timely manner to fix the inevitable breakdowns that occur. These problems will eventually have an adverse impact on the vehicle's marketability. Who wants to buy a car if it takes weeks (or longer) to get it fixed when needed? For the most part the technology that is incorporated in the vehicle is incomparable. I can only think of 2 additions that would further improve the features and usefulness of the car's technology. Add a CD/DVD player (with or without an auto-changer) to the audio system and the audio system would be extraordinary. The numerous cameras that are integrated into the car provide a 360 degree view around the vehicle. Those cameras can provide all of the functionality that front and rear-facing dashcams normally provide; If Hyundai can figure out a way to allow owners to store the images and driving data from the cameras that would further build on the advanced technology inherent in the vehicle and would be an exceptional feature that no other car model makes available. It would completely obviate the need for adding separate dashcams to the vehicle.
