Hyundai 2017 Hybrid Consistant
When searching for a new Hybrid, I tested three including the Hyundai, since I owned three Hyundais previously though not Hybrids. I drove Honda Hybrid and Toyota Prius and of course the Hyundai Hybrid.
On a recent trip - 1500 miles - I saw two Hyundai Hybrids, mine and another person! I don't know whether this is because others did not that Hyundai had a Hybrid available or just for other reasons. The Hyundai Hybrid cost s bit more than and after some months of driving realize the gas mileage is not as great as the Prius. I was averaging about 41 miles/gallon. But I did not buy for long distance and work is less than one mile from home.
I liked the infotainment, Bluetooth among other features, dual-zone automatic climate control, USB port and the 5-inch display screen, which was similar to my previous non-Hybrid Hyundai, and Apple CarPlay. Since all was similar if not exact for my 2017 Hyundai, I decided on the Hybrid this time around.
For some reason or another, why these care makers continue to have front end bumpers so low to the ground that one ends up scraping each time on the road or even getting into my garage. Prius was an inch higher but Hyundai, Honda, and Nissan all seemed to have the same issues.
Next time I am seriously thinking of buying a truck, but Hyundai does not have that option, at least for now. and just for the reason, I do not scrape off the bumper off over a period of time. What I would like in a future Hyundai are a moonroof and lane-assist and navigation control - sensing when auto in front stops or pedestrian. Othwrsie, I like my 2017 Hyundai and when the time comes for 2018 would consider a Hyundai Electric Hybrid.
