Transmission might be wonky

Overall I like the vehicle. This is my 2nd Santa Fe. It has ample room for all passengers and rear cargo space. The engine is same as the 2022 I had and so ample power. Ride comfort for the most part is good on newly paved roads but of course eastern Massachusetts has little of that. Poor road surfaces bring out the worst in ride comfort. Also, there seems to be something going on with the transmission when starting out in the morning. Starts out in low gear as expected but when the revs increase, it is not shifting to 2nd. I have to let off the gas peddle and it settles down and behaves fine after that. That happens often. Gas mileage is poor. Averages 20 mpg in mainly city driving. Other than that, it has all the features I could ever need as well as the premium sound system.

It is not quiet. The outside noise is loud compared to other cars.

Front seats not very spacious.

Modern, smooth ride

My 2025 Santa Fe is very modern inside with all the new technology and safety features. I love the feel and look ans drives so smoothly. Great, roomy, comfortable family SUV.

Some issues with the dash making noise and vehicle revs (RPM) up when gas is not engaged which is annoying. And my keyless unlock doesn't always work.

A Value Choice With Lots of Features for the Money

Overall a good choice for someone who appreciates lots of features but at a value price. I purchased mine mainly for its utility- light towing and its large interior cargo capacity but the interior quality makes me feel like I’m driving a more expensive vehicle at literally a fraction of the price of a luxury brand SUV.

You don't care!

This vehicle has squeaked since the day I brought it home. Multiple repair attempts to no avail. And you, Hyundai, denied my claim because it wasn't a safety issue. I will never purchase another Hyundai, ever!!!

'a message th2tomy Hyundaroad or merge from the "suicide5 Santa Fe SEL

OK vehicle unless pulling out to cross og go to the "suicide lane" to merge. In those instances the engine feels like it is running on one cylinder. I often get a message via MyHyundai that a tail light is on or some other bogus message

Terrible Tires

The vehicle is fine, but our experience with this vehicle has been marred by the fact that the tires that come with it are worn out before 20k miles. Will never buy Hyundai or Goodyear again.

Spacious. Quiet. Wish the seats were a bit more comfortable, maybe anti fatigue material? The insert for the seatbelt to click into in the back seat are hard to get into (arent flexible), and I have a carseat in the middle because my son is tall. Having people sit besides the carseat on either side is very hard to buckle in. Wish the spare tire was NOT under the car and more safe from the road and put into the truck.
