2025 Santa Fe

After purchasing didn't realize it apparently had, from what the auto body shop stated, a bullet hole in the rear hatch door. Have to continuously fill the tires with air as they leak. While driving on a busy highway, the vehicle decided to literally shut itself down.

Shifts into limp mode (20mph) for no reason. People will get killed.

We have had it in for service and Hyundai says they cant find a reason, but if you search the Internet many people report the same issue on 2025 & 2026 models after Hyundai re-engineered the motor & transmission.we have both years in our family and both have the same problem. Can’t wait to get rid of them.. we have been loyal Hyundsi for +20 yrars—but no more!

Love my Hyundai Santa Fe Limited

Overall, we have been satisfied with our purchase. The car is full of features that cost a lot more from other car manufacturers. The car has incredible acceleration, and handles really well. It is easy to drive and park given the 360 camera views. Safety features, like auto brake when a camera senses a potential collision has saved us a few minor trash barrel incidents. Heated rear seats is a feature you rarely see. I would recommend this for anyone who has a limited budget but demands state of the art safety features. My only slight negative is I find the seats a bit on the hard side.

Good improvements

Hyundai has made great strides in making enhancements and improving the overall drive performance of the Santa Fe. The only concern I've had with the 2025 is the camera unit mount on the windshield. I have replaced the windshield once due to a Crack that ran from the unit down. I noticed that the unit makes cracking noise when there is a temp change from hot to cold. Outside of the the vehicle is great.

Santa Fe is a good value cR but some things are third world country

Fun car to drive. I tried 20 different cars from other brands and similar categories prior to purchasing this one .

LOVE MINE

I absolutely love my santa fe super comfy and also super roomy when you go shopping with all seats down it is fantastic! My only complaint is that sometimes with the turbo if your at a stop and try to accelerate it takes a moment and almost feels like it is going to stall out. I have not looked into that so it may not be a common problem

I was introduced to the Santa Fe as a rental car and kept it tucked away to consider next time I bought a car. By the time I did in 2025, the Santa Fe had been redesigned and fit my needs even better. I appreciate the flexibility of the third row and the amount of cargo space when it is not needed. It drives well and is comfortable. The navigation system needs improvement. It’s adequate but less accurate than the Apps on my cellphone, which I don’t want to use while driving. I find it harder to park than other vehicles its size I have driven. I wish it came in at least one bright color, even the orange shade is burnt rather than bright.

Value meets function

While there are some questionable design choices (like the taillights) I truly love this vehicle and everything about it. Even the questionable design choices were made for a reason (make the cargo opening as large as it can be). There are a million and one pockets and places to stash stuff so I feel like my car remains tidy pretty much all the time. For reference, I am an adult with no children and a large dog that has a crate where the third row is, so I don’t have any issues with kids sticking random stuff in all of the pockets. The car drives well and I feel like it responds to me in the way I need, especially since it’s a large vehicle. The flexible space is great, I normally keep it at only two rows so I have large cargo but the third row when unfolded is very comfy for a large adult.

I love the car but I would make some changes with a few things. The tech is great although the camera on the steering column can be sensitive at times. I wish it had a little more power and a better mpg but overall very happy. The seats are very comfortable. This is a great trip vehicle. There is plenty of room for car seats and the third row is perfect.

Eh, it’s okay…

Decent tech but lacking overall. I wanted to love this calligraphy edition suv. Leased for 3 years. I have 2 years left and can’t wait til it’s done. The light gray interior shows every bit of dirt. The exterior blue is gorgeous though. The driving power is smooth but starting from stop sometimes lags and it sucks. Trunk space is terrible either way third row up. Third row down, it still seems small. Glitchy tech sometimes but it does have a lot of options.

My number one complaint. The female end of the safety belts are too low. It requires a lot of movement to connect them. It’s like they were hidden beside the seat.
