Hope I did not get a lemon.

Love the handling and features of this vehicle. Rides quiet and well, and sanitizes kitchen sponges. Would rank higher except engine had to be repaired at 200 miles (fuel injectors?). Dealer did provide a loaner for the week required to get parts and repair. A few weeks later (thank god I was not still in the mountains) another problem: loose hose from first job. Worried about the quality of this vehicle and integrity of dealer.

Safety features go too far

“consider taking a break” is the most annoying feature on a vehicle I have ever seen without any way to take it off. multiple times has locked up my brakes when i’m trying to backup thinking I detects something when there’s nothing there. can’t lock the doors from inside with the door open. rear seat heaters don’t work. within days of getting the vehicle haven’t been able to use the app for anything. can’t have a cup in the drivers holder because your arm hits it the entire time. captain seats with move without you pressing any buttons

A good value for the money, but a few steps needed.

The Santa Fe handles as expected and gives a smooth fairly quiet ride. A few features need tweaking, though. The backup camera isn't protected from weather enough and is often unusable in rainy or snowy weather. The seats on the SEL could use just a little more padding as they are too firm for folks who don't bring their own padding. I find the control panel not well set up and confusing. After owning 4 other Hyundai models, the cruise controls are now on the left side and radio right, reversing the previous set up. There needs to be more evidence of the Blue Link app on the control panel, I don't want it only on my phone.

Great vehicle.

Enjoying my 2025 Calligraphy Santa Fe. Rides well and all the technology is wonderful! Enjoy cruise driver assist, it basically drives itself! Love the large screen and wireless charger. Car starter works great and seats warm up fast.

It does it’s job

It gets me to go where I’m going but not my favorite vehicle purchase. There are several things I have found since purchasing that I do not like. The sleek look is what I liked but features are not all there.

Very good but not perfect

Overall sharp design and smooth drive. Good tech. Horrible fuel efficiency and driving aids like automatic braking is too aggressive. Seat belts are recessed to deeply into the seat making them hard to buckle.

OK, Not Great

This is an SUV that is too much truck to be an SUV and too much car to be an SUV. I doesn't fit anywhwere. It is mostly practical, but the rear captain chair seating is awkward. When the seats are folded down, there is a gap so loading cargo is less efficient than if there was a bench seat. The cargo area has the thrid rown seating folded, but that also makes the cargo area not flat and "soft". The surface of the cargo area is too slick so whatever is in there must be restrained from sliding. The technology installed is quite good, however the dealership does not have the staff to adequately provide an orientation for the owner to take advantage of the available features. Therefore, much of the touted technology does not get used.

Had problems with the driver assistance camera.

The driver assistance camera on the steering wheel doesn’t work probably. You can’t wear sunglasses when you drive because the driver assistance camera can’t see your eyes therefore it doesn’t work properly.

The Money Spent For Size Of Car Is Grear

The engine is underpowered and feels sluggish, especially during acceleration. Constant jolting and rough shifting make every ride uncomfortable. The transmission feels clunky and unpredictable. The turbo lag is unbearable — delayed response when you need power most. Cabin noise is ridiculous at highway speeds — zero sound insulation. Build quality feels cheap for the price point. Infotainment glitches regularly and the touchscreen lags. Ride comfort is stiff — you feel every bump and pothole. Steering feels numb and disconnected from the road. Annoying electronic driver assists beep constantly and overcorrect. Gas mileage is nowhere near what’s advertised. HVAC system is weak — takes forever to cool or heat the cabin. Visibility is poor — awkward blind spots make lane changes a gamble. Interior materials look nice at first, but scratch and wear quickly. Dealer service has been unhelpful and dismissive about recurring issues. Recalls and software updates already? It’s barely even broken in. Suspension feels like it was tuned by someone who hates people. It's overpriced for what little value you actually get. It's already been in the shop more than my last car in 5 years. Feels more like a beta version than a finished product.

I love my 2025 Santa Fe

I had a 2019 Santa Fe and trade for the new body style in 2025. I love the design and the interior. It is an awesome car. Only issue I have is with the transmission. I’m guessing the dual clutch system does not low throttle because it feels like it slams in to gear when going in reverse or forward then I just want to creep. It’s like all or nothing there is no easing into my garage

After 5000 miles the transmission failed

I love this Santa Fe EXCEPT failed transmission, third row seats (don’t need them. Miss my storage) lack of cup holders, cell phone charger is a fail (just give me more cup holders). On the positive side I appreciate the heads up display with many other safety features; back up camera, rear view camera, and crash alert. It’s a great looking vehicle. Love the new H designs.

Nice overall ride

Nice ride overall, easy to drive with comforts that are expected to be in a mid priced mid sized suv. There are basics on entry level that should be standard at this point in car care and travel. The safety features are good.

Nice, but...

Overall it's a wonderful vehicle; my 2nd Santa Fe. Seating is comfortable, electronics are cool and useful, vision unobstructed. The engine bay is spacious and the customer replaceable components like the battery, fuses and fluids are easily accessible. But, there are small issues. A couple of trim pieces are not properly aligned; one was actually not seated and came loose in the car wash (touchless). The paint has a couple of scratches in odd places, and I've only had the car since February. The wiper blades look to be a pia to change, front and rear. The storage console is awkward to get into from the front seat. The glove boxes and the storage console are extraordinarily tiny

My 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

Before I drove 100 miles - my Santa Fe was towed to dealership and after 3 weeks - the transmission replaced. Had to take vehicle back after that due to noises caused be something not being tightened like it should have been. Now a recall to reinstall bluelink but I have not taken it back yet.

It can be better

I bought my vehicle new. Overall the vehicle is okay. It has a smooth ride and lots of extras. The downside is poor gas mileage in town. No cargo space with the third seat up and made with poor material. The vehicle itself was made poorly. I had to take it back three months later due to both running boards coming loose. The windshield is thin. I have two rock cracks already. The seat belts could have been made longer, I had to purchase extenders. Not to mention. When the dealership replaced the running boards the scratched and put a dent in the driver’s door. I’m still waiting on someone to tell me how this will be fixed. Hopefully they don’t blame me.

I haven’t bought a new car in over 15 years. I fell in love with this boxy style and the interior was simply gorgeous. The bells and whistles are incredible. It had everything I wanted. But my car was a lemon 🍋 It had major brake issues and electric issues. It has been back at the dealer for two months now and I am in the process of lemon law and Hyundai buying it back. With that said, Hyundai has been too notch with transparency and the process though long has been okay. They have been attentive and open and I felt confident from the beginning that they would do the right thing. I am very sad about all of this. It sucks to be in a loaner and now need start the process of buying another car. I’ve decided to go back to tried and true used. Hopefully they will get the glitches sorted

Gas consuming is more in the car.The foot gets stuck between the brake

The body and interiors of Hyundai Santa fe 2025 are good. At the drive's seat it is a bit of issue as the foot gets stuck between the brake and the above body of the car, which is a big annoyance. Also, the measure disappointment is it takes a lot of gas.
