I enjoyed my 2011 Santa Fe more. This car has more technology than I need. Technology is less intuitive than I prefer.

Disappointed

This is our 3rd Santa Fe and 9th Hyundai, and nothing but problems. In less than 2,500 miles needed a new transmission. At 15,000 needed a fuel pump. A new antenna at around 18,000 miles.

'24 Santa Fe Review

I have extremely happy with this car so far. I have had it for about 13 months. Great acceleration and extremely comfortable ride. The seats are roomy and comfortable as well..the back seat heaters don't work and haven't worked since I got it. Overall I would lease this car again in the future.

Excellent SUV

I own a 2024 Santa Fe SEL. Initially was not attracted to the boxy appearance, but WOW, this car has exceeded my expectations on comfort, reliability, style and love the 3rd row seating.

Perfect vehicle

I bought this vehicle after being unable to decide on which car to buy from other dealerships….they just didn’t have everything that I was looking for in one car….Until I sat and test drove the Santa Fe!!! I fell in love immediately. The comfort of the calligraphy collection, the safety features, blue link and Wi-Fi were definitely a selling point.

Bought new and had to have a transmission replaced at 5,000 miles so not happy. Driver seat is very this and has a lip that is difficult to get out. A lot of good safety features and has been a good drive

Great vehicle over the weak point of this vehicle is 100% the drivetrain. Due to sluggish initial acceleration and the limited life of the dual clutch transmission. It is clear that Hyundai is still trying to figure out appropriate programming due to various service bulletins that have been put out.

Too bad it still runs on gasoline but interior is super nice

After some serious transmission problems initially Hyundai made a computer update and seems to have fixed it. The interior is beautiful in this vehicle. And the long warranty is comforting. The resale value has collapsed so we are now stuck with this thing forever. Don't buy it if you think you might ever sell or you will be crushed.

Not too shabby

I like the style and overall features of the vehicle. The vehicle is way over priced. I wish I bought it used. I have the highest trim and it basically cost the same as the highest trim pallisade. Some features I find useless and poorly made inside the vehicle.

Outstanding Vehicle

I love this vehicle from the interior to the exterior paint; it's a standout. The cameras provide safety when driving this car. Parking is a breeze with the assistance of the cameras. Highly recommend purchase.

Unreliable

The vehicle, a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe, has experienced five separate incidents of complete shutdown while in operation. During each occurrence, the vehicle lost all electrical power with no warning, to the extent that hazard lights could not be activated. This creates a serious safety risk, particularly when driving with young children. The vehicle has been inspected multiple times by the dealership, including service advisors and master technicians; however, they have been unable to duplicate the issue or identify the cause. As a result, no repairs have been successfully made. I have contacted Hyundai Consumer Affairs and initiated a case with the manufacturer. Despite this, the process has been extremely slow, with limited follow-up and no resolution to date. Due to the repeated power failures, lack of diagnosis, and absence of corrective action, the vehicle is unreliable and unsafe for a family with young children.
