Love the car, but it keeps having problems

Since I’ve had the car, there have been two recalls that we have had to take it in for, also the CV joint had to be replaced, and that took a week to accomplish, and now there is an oil leak. On top of that, there’s another recall. It’s pretty ridiculous. That’s all these issues. I’m having on a brand new car that we’ve had for a year and a half.

Happy

The look, style, the accessory package associated with the model. Compartment storage is excellent. The warranty and complementary maintenance for a period is great. Easy to drive short or long distances, very comfortable. We are very happy with the purchase

The vehicle drives very well. Sound of wind drive on the high way can be improved. Cup holder is not functional. Grip is non existent.

Some of the safety features are annoying and cannot be turned off but other than that the car is great

Great features when they work

The car has great features but a lot of issues need to be worked out. Sometimes by back up camera works and sometimes it doesn’t, right after I purchased the vehicle it had another electrical issue.

Love our Santa Fe!!

We bought our Santa Fe November 2024 as replacement for 2005 Toyota Camry. Had all things we wanted: 1) Smoother ride, 2) Quieter ride, 3) More interior room, 4) 3 rows of seating. Technology abounds throughout the vehicle. Unfortunately, we are 76 years old and tech passed us by many years ago. Finding new tech things weekly.

Just what we wanted!

We were looking to replace our 2013 Toyota RAV4. Our needs were simple: (1) more room inside, (2) 3 rows of seating, (3) quiet going down the road, and (4) smoother ride. Had several makes and models we planned to look at. Never made it to any of the others. Our Santa Fe exceeded all expectations. Only negative is the abundance of tech. We are in our late 70's and can't figure it all out. Kinda like a smart phone on wheels. We love our Santa Fe!!!

Overall a good vehicle, reliable, well built

I like the Santa Fe, looks nice, Comfortable, lots of features, rides good. The only complaints I have are the engine off feature at stops that I have to manually turn every time I drive the car, frustrating. Also, the car hesitates when I need a quick launch like turning against traffic to get to my home street...just enough hesitation that it can be scary on a busy road.

The vehicle looks great! It has everything you would want in a vehicle

I have been having problems with my vehicle since the first week of purchasing the vehicle. I complained to the dealership and headquarters customer service about my complaints. The vehicle is still not running properly. I constantly have to bring the vehicle to the dealership each week for repairs. I’m being charged for things because they are not being covered. I’m very frustrated and disappointed at this time with Hyundai.

The best deal

The best investment I've ever made! I've had it for a year and six months, and it offers the best combination of price, luxury, and comfort. It's designed with love and dedication, has excellent sound quality, and every time I drive it, I feel like I'm in a luxurious airplane. There's plenty of space for comfortable travel, and the Blue Care service is excellent. I simply love it!
