Very Good, Comfortable Car with a Few Drawbacks

We enjoy the car very much. We like the safety features of blind spot check and all of the cameras. Some other features we enjoy are the remote start, Android Auto, heated and cooled seats, and power liftgate. The turbo engine is very quick and fun to drive. It is good to have when you need acceleration. I was sorry that the Heads Up Display was removed from the Limited model. The storage space is good. It will hold 4 large suitcases plus a few other small bags. We have had no issues with the car since purchased. The features of the car need to be more customizable. There needs to be a way to permanently disable the Auto-Stop/Start feature rather than everytime you start the car. Also, the "the car in front of you is pulling away" is also annoying and is too sensitive. There needs to be a way to disable or make it less sensitive. I don't need to be told when I am in a drive thru and car pulls up slightly. Also, there should be a way to customize the display more. For example, you should be able to see the fan speed and temperature settings without adjusting those settings to see what it is set on, or switching to the HVAC Control screen panel.

my 2023 Sante Fe

Vehicle had to be towed 3 separate times with mileage under 6,000 miles. Transmission went at 6,000 and had to be replaced. Vehicle never ran the same and still does not with the replacement transmission. Battery constantly runs down because of the electrical system. Service tells me there is nothing wrong, for 3 years, meanwhile, I have the vehicle on a charger 3 times a week, still to this day.

What I needed and am mostly satisfied.

Seat belt latch needs to be higher. Outside temp needs to be on the screen. Not on the odometer.

Road Trips are FUN and parking is a breeze!

I have the Calligraphy trim and it has cameras all around, allowing me to see the lines in the parking lot without opening the door. I love the Head Up feature that shows my speed and the speed limit in the windshield, and the color of the numbers changes with my speed. Lots of other safety and comfort features make it a true pleasure to drive, especially on the highway. Very reliable and comfortable vehicle!

Nothing is perfect

I really like my Sante Fe but there are a couple things that need work. For instance the wireless charger never works. The dealership tells me it does but I can’t get it to work. Also, there’s a moldy smell sometimes when I turn on my air conditioner. I don’t care what the dealership says. This isn’t normal. No other car I’ve owned has had this but my Tucson so it would seem like Hyundai needs to work on this.

Great car with classic styling and super safe.

The Santa Fe is a great vehicle that is super comfortable, powerful and classy to drive. We love the fact that it not only looks great and sophisticated but also has plenty of power to get us where we need to go in a safe manner. I would not hesitate buying another Hyundai.

Love it, but not the headlight shadows

I previously had a Santa FE for 16 years and finally decided to get a new one. Which I love. There are a few things that I would recommend: 1-No one went over all the new car features and technology when I actually picked up my new vehicle. Which I really needed due to all the changes. 2-The headlight have a shadow in them which is annoying when driving. I had the service dept look at them and they said nothing was wrong with them. Driving at night has been very bothersome for me and most times I drive with the high beams on to get rid of the shadows.

Decent work vehicle

Traded up from a Ford Escape so it was nice to have a little larger of a vehicle but not full sized. I don't care for the climate controls or lack of remote start. I would also prefer to have push button entry and start.
