Great experience! Great SUV!
We were unexpectedly without a car after ours was totaled from an accident. With Covid issues and supply problems, now was not an ideal time to be car shopping. We researched a number of mid-sized SUV’s and focused on new hybrids. Rebecca, our sales person was personable and knowledgeable, especially with the detailed technology options, and great to work with. She has followed up several times since our purchase to be sure all of questions are answered- especially technology (there’s definitely a learning curve when our previous Santa Fe was 12 years old and still going strong, but not so many bells and whistles!) There we no hybrid Santa Fe’s available (our first choice), so we gave serious consideration to the Tucson. After sitting in one we both agreed we wanted something a little bigger. Although we wanted a hybrid for better gas mileage, we’ve been pleased with the mileage we’re getting and love our SUV - it’s comfortable, roomy, looks great and drives well. We’re looking forward to eventually doing some traveling and very happy with our purchase!
