Have a Calligraphy. Great car except the ride is harsh due to low profile tires.

This is a great car, but I had to change the wheels and tires due to a very harsh ride. On the Calligraphy, they use a 20" wheel and a 245/45 tire. This is very low profile and is a very hard ride due to lack of tire cushioning. I paid a small fortune to change to a 18" wheel and 245/60 tires. Hyundai Tech support could not give the local dealer any other tires supplied by Hyundai to fit, so I went to the aftermarket. Tech should have looked up the other wheels for Santa Fe's that are 19 inch. I mean, really, can' the techs take some interest in the problem? If I had it to do over, I would have bought the Santa Cruz that I test drove. It road very well, and had basically the same equipment, AWD, 281 HP, etc.

Base engine lacks acceleration.

Car is under-powered; controls not intuitive and less than helpful owner's manual. Disappointed that dealers, including Hyundai dealerships, are taking advantage of the current situation by marking vehicles up with surcharges to above msrp.

Excellent Choice!

After my 2019 Hyundai Tucson I decided to purchase the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. I did not expect to love it this much. Firstly it’s a beautiful design vehicle. The front view definitely catches your attention. The interior is just as beautiful, with comfort level to match. I sat in the passenger seat while my friend took it for a spin and it’s definitely comfortable for the passenger as well. The sound system in the SEL is good not great but overall, this is a great choice, and one that I’m happy I made.

Perfection

I love almost everything about my Santa Fe! I do not like the pushbutton gear selection or the storage under the console. The vehicle is fun to drive, spacious and I get so many compliments! This is a vehicle I intend to keep for a long time!

It has been a great experience

We really like this vehicle. The features are amazing. There is a lot to learn about how all the systems work so we can understand why things are happening and how to get the most out of each system. It is a fun adventure for an old guy like me.

The car performs well

I personally prefer the 2017 Santa Fe we had to this 2022 Calligraphy. My wife is the main driver of this car and she loves it. I feel there was more room in the front of the cabin in the 2017 Santa Fe. It felt more comfortable to ride in. I do not like the engine going into a pause mode when stopped at a light and then restarting when pushing on the gas pedal. there seems to be a small hesitation when pushing on the gas pedal.

My experience was great.

I went to Hyundai in Alexandria,Ky looked at a 2022 Santa Fe test drove it and was turning in a leased 2019 Chevy Equinox. The process was very easy and was out the in about 2 hours with my new leased Santa Fe. I would highly recommend Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria, Ky.

Overall Good Buy

Overall happy with the vehicle. My family likes the design and features. The engine is a bit of a concern in terms of longevity. Not sure this is a vehicle I will keep past warranty. Drive nice although exterior sound is bit louder than I would have expected in the cabin.

Love my Santa Fe

Great acceleration, styling and comfort at a reasonable price. Lots of features - lane keep assist, ADAS system (radar crash prevention), entertainment system sounds great, very comfortable and fun SUV to drive.

Almost a 10

Generally great car but corporate customer service is horrible and unhelpful. The touchscreen is very slow to respond and even with the premium audio it fails to produce lower frequencies at low volumes.

Great car and dealership I strongly refer them. The car is the best I ever had. All the safey features make it a plus. Everything in the car hands free media and navigation were such easier than my past cars.

Best car on the market in its price range

Our old car was a Hyundai Santa Fe which gave us many years of reliable service. So when it was time to buy a new car, our first choice was a Hyundai Santa Fe. The car is designed well. rides great, and is reasonably priced.. Hopefully we will get many years of good service from it. The only other car we considered was a Toyota Rav4, but the Santa Fe won out.

beautiful, smooth ride, beautifully appointed

I love my 2022 Santa fe leather interior is gorgeous, I love the extended sunroof. All the features inside, plus how pretty the red is - made this the perfect vehicle for me. I love the big screen for navigation and how easy it is to navigate it. There is a lot to learn, it has a lot going on and I am excited to learn more.
