Happy with car outher than the transmission jerking at slow stop and go.

I’m very happy with the car, it handles well and is a very comfortable ride. The controls are easily accessible. The way the transmission shifts is sometimes rough, and I would rather have a spare tire than the fix-a-flat. Thank you

Engine acceleration ducks

In the year 2022 I should not have to put my foot all the way down on the gas to make my car accelerate. It makes the drive really hard and really tiresome. The Consuela area also is very small. It’s connected to electricity is not the perfect place to place coffee cups or anything to drink or eat. There is no storage space such as for sunglasses or cell phones or anything else that you would like to really store in your car

I bought two!

I previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe and loved it so much that I traded it in for a new 2022 model! The unbeatable Hyundai warranty was the first thing that drew me to the vehicle. I can say from my 2017 model that they honor the warranty and replace parts hassle-free. Then, after looking at all of the comparable models, the Santa Fe stood out as the best value for my money. It has all the features and sometimes more than other SUVs, but the Hyundai price is much lower. Test driving it sealed the deal for me. I don't like driving large vehicles, but the Santa Fe handles more like a car. The ride is comfortable and smooth, and it is easy to park. I love all of the safety features, especially the 360 degree view and blind-spot detection. My husband and teenagers love the leg and headroom, infotainment system, the wired and wireless charging options, and the heated/cooling/reclining seats. There are so many storage compartments, too! This is a great car for families with both little ones or growing teens.

Good outweighs the bad

Bought new. Was disappointed in salesperson as they didn't explain or talk about alot of the features I have grown to love. Overall, vehicle is great. Love the built in navigation and panoramic sunroof. The driver console is also great with push buttons instead of a gear shift (makes driving with carpel tunnel easier). I just wish they had a 3 row version of this.

This vehicle is no different from the previous year. Some features and accessories such ss cargo net wad not provided. Passenge seat heat rad removed and made optional. Overall, each iteration of these vehicle removes features that were once part of the package and made tem optioal.

Great brand new car until I get an important message from Hyundai that the car is unsafe with no fix currently available or even a timeline for a fix. So I had to trade in a brand new car for another brand. This after buying 4 Hyundais in the last 7 years

Great Value

The Santa Fe is a good value. Hyundai manufactures a quality vehicle with outstanding technology features and warranty. We purchased the Limited trim package. The upgrade to the 2.5L turbo engine made a significant difference in the handling. This was our 4th Hyundai vehicle purchase with no regrets.

Great car, needs acceleration boost

Good quality, ok performance. Too long to get an appointment, dealer service is good but it takes 30 days to get in which can put you vehicle past scheduled maintenance . So far no complaints with the quality of work

We love Hyundai and recommend it to everyone we meet.

This is our 7th Hyundai. We expect to continue with Hyundai until we die. What more can I tell you? Even if we had more money, we would probably still buy Hyundai, just a better model. Perhaps the top of the line.

Meh!

We have owned this car for a little more than a year and frankly my only words are quantity over quality. The car is extremely comfortable on the long haul but other than that I could take it or leave it. My husband loves the car. I am indifferent because there is nothing about this car that intrigues me. Handling is lack luster, acceleration is lack luster and the car is always telling you what to do. Like try to figure out why it's dinging in a school zone....oh yes, now I know. Cameras are in use to enforce the posted speed limit. Sometimes the infotainment system works and sometimes it does not, just depends on its mood plus the touch screen response is sluggish. Dealership tells us Hyundai is working on getting the bugs out of the infotainment system. We simply ignore its antics as opposed to thinking paying all that money should entitle you to something that works. I appreciate the dial controls for this reason. The air flow control to circulate the cabin's air will automatically change back to bring in the air from outside. The smart lift gate is not so smart. Works when it wants to as do the door locks. The sound from the muffler putts very loud. What kind of muffler system is that? My 2018 "other" car is wireless for Apple Car Play. Not "doo dad" car. You must have it wired to work. Back to my original statement....quantity over quality.

Still love it after a year

Overall a very good SUV and a good buy. Great on long trips. Love the safety features and the warranty. Plenty of room and the heated seats spoiled us. I feel I got my money's worth and I will keep this car for a long time.

This new 2023 has been a challenge!

This was a less than pleasant experience from the moment I purchased the exact model that crapped out in the first days I had it. The dealer made it right after three weeks of frustration and fighting with them and especially Hyundai “customer” “service”. Not sure I would say those folks know anything about customers or service! This car has been ok but it hasn’t been a joyful experience that I am used to having with a new car. My 2007 Santa Fe with 312,000 miles gives me more enjoyment than this new one does.

too many alarms

I had a 2015 Santa Fe which I liked until the motor blew up and Hyundai would not fix it. I sold it for scrap. I was going to buy a new car and my wife wanted another Santa Fe. So we bought one. All I asked for was navigation and back up camera. The navigation has never worked.

Cheap quality - nice looking car

Car looks nice. Promises many features. Owned less than 1 year and wireless charger is broken, climate control broken, CarPlay rarely works. Overall you can tell they put effort into making this appear to be a higher end vehicle but they cheaped out on the parts and things break down. Also the dealerships for service are horrible, rude, and will only allow you to come in for help 2 months from when you call.

2022 XRT Sante Fe

Not an exciting car but... Good for an everyday daily driver if your okay with lower MPG's for the trade off of more space, cargo capacity, and safety in winter conditions. There are some issues with the entertainment system like wired android auto being inconsistant or bluetooth having its own mind but eventually you learn to deal with it.
