Fun and dependable experience , like the decision

Roomy for the size of the vehicle , very comfortable entering and exiting the vehicle. The phone system is a very important feature easy operation .The vehicle is fun to drive and I have a lot of confidence of the control .

Not happy

I have issues with my ac puddling in my passenger seat creating a fish bowl … my lights go out at will leaving me with NO headlights or fog lights … Hyundai has kit tried to fix this … I’m getting the run around

Satisfying

My first SUV, an unexpected purchase. After driving it, I just had to have it. When compare the features, the ride and the styling to other comparable suvs, you really can't pass these things up. A terrific warranty, never had any issues regardless. Loved it. And love my newest one.

Great vehicle

Love my Santafe loved my old 2012, drive to Florida two,three times a year, comfortable drives like a dream, good gas mileage, the storage space is great,and lane access is great,along with rear camera is great for parking.

My 2019 Santa fe 2.0 is nice. However, some interior items have broken. My rear passenger window shade is broken at the hook/hanger. My door trim on rear driver side broke and the foot entry. And my RIMS are faded & discolored . Besides the minor cosmetics. Great buy

Horrible. None went over the capabilities or methods of usage when car was delivered.

The car was delivered without any instructions of usage. I only received one set of keys and when I asked for a second set I was told that would cost $370. I understand that everyone in the North American continent gets two sets of keys. Not me. Still only have one set to this day.

Love the gas mileage and it's easy to drive and park. Handles well in the Wisconsin snow. The front collision safety feature disables when you need assistance the most on the snowy days. Could use a camera in the front so you can see in the front.

Solid Performance and Style

My Santa Fe drives smoothly and quietly and local and highway gas mileage has been better than anticipated. I have only had to have maintenance oil changes performed in 2 1/2 years and still don’t have 13000 miles yet. I have made 6 trips over 700 miles each since I’ve permed this car and each trip the car handled and drove well whatever the weather.

Love, love, love my Santa Fe

This is my second Santa Fe, and my third Hyundai. I can't imagine owning any other kind of vehicle. This SUV is 100% me. I am proud to be seen driving my beautiful Santa Fe and love every feature it offers.

If only there were one design concept that the engineers would have followed. I wish the wheels were black. Why have an apple play that needs to be plugged in. I work from my car and would have loved to have more console space for my laptop.

Reliable

Overall vehicle is reliable and interior is roomy as well as comfortable. However, I feel that some optional features are not safe, for example, the stay in line feature works well unless a large vehicle is next to the Santa Fe in which case the vehicles assumes it is offline and pulls violently to either side depending on which side the large vehicle next to it is. So in long road trips it is safer to disengage that feature which should be important for safety.

Checks all the right boxes for our needs and wants.

We replaced a new Forester that had a WRX engine and special suspension. I had to give up those features that I liked about the care cause it wasn’t comfortable enough due to my painful arthritis. When I first stopped by the Hyundai dealer on a whim, I was pleasantly surprised at how impressive the interior was. My pleasure continued as I test drove the car and was continually impressed by its comfort, responsiveness and quiet ride. This was the car that I could comfortably ride in for short and long distances. The knowledgeable and simpatico sales staff sealed the deal. If we ever need to replace it, Hyundai is the first car we’ll check out and probably buy.

Great value, good size (bigger than a small SUV, smaller than the larger ones), good mileage, very reliable. Fits my need for every day driving. Would recommend it to new or used car buyers. Fun to drive.

Nice car

A nice quiet car, cancels out the noise of the freeways and feels light when your driving. You could be speeding at 70 mph but it feels and sounds as if you're going 30 mph. A comfortable size car for a family with nice floor to ceiling space.

Faithful to the Hyundai Brand

This is about our 8th Hyundai. We have never had problem. And I enjoy my current vehicle. It is fun to drive and very comfortable. The audio system is fabulous. It is very comfortable. I would have no problem buying another. It is roomy enough and comfortable.

Santa Fe —- great buy

Still amazed at all the features. Can’t wait to take her out on a long road trip to really see the ease of driving her. I love the features and the feel while driving. Love love the turbo drive as well.

Great SUV

Best Value! The designed did not get old nor the wear and tear after almost 3 years showed. My Santa Fee still look fresh and i still love my Santa fee. Normally after 3 years i need to get out of the vehicle and get into a new one! Not this time. Hyunday impressed me and the maintenance cost is very low.
