Practical small car that is stylish and sporty.

I was skeptical about a hybrid car, but I have been completely satisfied with the quality and performance of this one. There is a 10 year/100,000-mile warranty on the hybrid components and battery. It has all the modern features for comfort, convenience, and safety. It handles well and easy to maneuver in tight places. One of my favorite features is the ventilated front seats. They feel great when you get in a hot car. The LED headlights are extremely bright and light up everything ahead of you, even on the darkest roads. It's a fun car to drive and you almost forget about putting gas in it. I have been able to go over 540 miles on a tank of gas. I can remotely start it with the key fob or with the Hyundai ap on my phone. It's nice to go out to a cool car in the summer or warm car in the winter. With the phone ap, you can choose heating, cooling and defrost options. The only thing I don't like is the Navigation system. It is Tom Tom based. I would rather it be a Garmin.

No couple option :(

It would be nice if the Elantra had a coupe option. Other then the car would use better heat shielding and an easier more cost effective transmission. The car needs to a better containing sound, as it currently shares whatever you are listening to with the whole area.

Great

I've owned Hyundai since they arrived in 1986 and have always had great luck with them. They have improved dramatically since their US debut. My experience with this newest of Elantras is no different. Outstanding!

New Elantra hybrid is amazing

Loved the car, and had a fantastic experience at the dealership. They had everything pulled when I got there, took no time with test drive and getting a quote on my trade in. Offered me what I was asking no questions asked!

The mileage is way lower than advertised.

Overall it's a decent car. The mileage is way lower than advertised, but all in all it's a decent vehicle. Whatever you do, if you already have an Ioniq, don't trade it in for this one, stick with the Ioniq.

Wonderful car

I'm extremely pleased with my Elantra Blue Hybrid. The gas economy is fantastic! I consistently get 50-60 mpg with very little extra effort needed. The performance, especially the suspension, is surprisingly spirited. The styling is very futuristic and clean. This is a fun and frugal car and I absolutely love it.

Great little car

Does what it does very well. Stylish looking, good fuel economy, whatever luxuries it lacks is made up for with its great pricing. Hybrid drivetrain is very responsive and the car is pretty fun and spirited to drive. Highly recommend.

Brakes are off

Brakes jerk automatic brakes don’t work and air conditioning doesn’t reach back seat and the attendees at the service area are extremely understaffed so wait times are long just for them to not find a problem

I was looking for a hybrid car and I saw the Elantra and liked it features and mileage, as well as its warranty. I test drove it and it rode well, so I purchased it. So far, I am satisfied with the vehicle.

Nightmare Hyundai Elantra Hybrid

I purchased the car, it had 32 miles on it and within a week of driving it was at the dealership and that’s where it’s been ever since. It’s been over 30 days and it’s still sitting there with no end in sight or no ETA on the part that’s national back ordered

Sleek looking, but engine and transmission lack

The car is definitely sharp. I love the both Soundsystem inside although the radio doesn’t work if I don’t plug in Apple CarPlay, I don’t get great sound. I hate the way to display is set up and how it works. It is very complicated and you have to hit several options before you get where you want to go so you take your eyes off the road very dissatisfied with that the engine is very low when it’s cold and the transmission is very poor and second and third gear. It seems to arrive very high RPMs before it changes over and seems like the engine is working very hard.

Excellent car. Rides smoothly. Great fuel economy!

It’s a very nice car. I chose it because its hybrid engine. It has excellent fuel efficiency and it rides smoothly. Very nice interior and exterior. It has more than my family needs but we’re happy with the car overall.

Love the hybrid design, love the style, love how comfortable it is, it is awesome to only go to get gas 1 a month, plenty of room for groceries! With only two people, lots of room. Price is awesome, but could be jacked up by foot, for weight, sinks down low, and worry about bottoming out!! Love love it!!

Best look and mpg for the price.

This car has great looks, good performance and great mileage. The interior is clean with good look and has easy to access operation. Has plenty of power and still has great gas mileage. Only have 3700 miles on it,so car is like new yet.

Great car. Excellent mpg. The ride is very good. It is much quieter than the Toyota Prius that we replaced. No issues so far with 22,000 plus miles. Only thing I don't like is the way the headlights cut the top of the light off occasionally making it hard to see road signs..

was a decent vehicle until it stopped working

While the issue is covered under warranty, my vehicle has been at the dealership for over 6 weeks at this point with almost ZERO contact. Their policy of not reimbursing me for rental costs, payments, increased fuel costs, etc until the issue is resolved and then "we will discuss potential reimbursement" for a failure on the manufacturing end is extremely disappointing. I'm considering litigation under Arizona lemon law as service and communication has been so poor

Something to consider before you buy.

Purchase brand new paid in cash 100%. Disappointed with customer service. Overall vehicle is great. Few minor bugs. I would recommend to buy but check out the dealerships to have it serviced. Bought Las Vegas service in Henderson. Better customer service. The cast of Las Vegas service I would recommend to purchase your new vehicle from Henderson. Better quality customer service and is looking out for the customer in Henderson. It's not all about the money or the numbers there.

I really like the car

Really like the fuel mileage, safety equipment, size, and driving performance. You continue to improve an already good Elantra. I do wish you made a fully electric Elantra. I would prefer that to the Kona Electric that I purchased last year. The first Ioniqs did not have enough range but an Elantra Electric with 260 to 300 miles range would be nice and I would probably trade in my Kona Electric to get one.
