Great Customer Service
I always love taking my car to the dealership for service. For one, the service managers know me by name and greet me when I first walk in and then I always get great service. They let you know of any additional findings when you get there as well so you're never in for a surprise when you get your bill. Will gets a special shot out for seeing me through 3 different Hyundais. Although the price for the mileage checkups should be greatly reduced if you get your car serviced there regularly in my opinion, it is still a great place to go!

Lack of Organization
My service technician was great, but don't bother leaving messages because the dealership will not call you back. Also, no one other than the designated technician seems able to find your information. The status of whether or not your vehicle is fixed is not reliable. It is only the communication that is poor though everything else was great.

they caused new problem on brand new car
I had no problems with my car until taking it to dealership, i dnt know what they did but it has messed with my brakes, such an inconvenience when im suppose to be out of town and too sccared to drive my car

mediocre service department
1) Dealersip states free car wash with any service, didn't happen or offered.
2) Quoted $350 for a 30k mile check up - really?
3) Service staff moved drivers seat and mirror, big no-no.
4) No sticker in car to remind you of next service date or mileage.
5) Rust on a 1.5 year old car; told to contact Hyundai corporate, the dealership doesn't deal with that.
POSITIVES
1) Female that assisted in service department very friendly and courteous.
2) Told oil change would be a few hours; car was done in less than 1.

Experience Great but person who answers the phone and cashier was very Rude
Everyone was very friendly except Mrs. DeShonte Clemons. She was very rude on the phone and provided me with wrong information regarding my vehicle. She didn't want to help me and huff and puff and sucked her teeth. If I didn't have any contact with her my experience with Hyundai would have been a 5 out of 5.

I went in for a recall. I dropped my vehicle off. I got a call right before closing and the gentleman offered to stay so I can pick up my truck. I waited until the next morning to see my vehicle cleaned and a report of things needed for my truck.

Danny Pena
I just bought my car on Nov. 15th at Pohanka Hyundai. Danny Pena was my sales associate. After the test drive when we sat down to discuss the details it seemed as though we were not on the same page. However, I believe Danny did a great job speaking to his superiors on my behalf to get me in a car that I would be pleased with. I walked away feeling good about my purchase and about the overall transaction.

Great Service
By far Pohanka Hyundai has the best service department. I purchased my car at Alexandria Hyundai and there service department was horrible. Pohanka took my car right back and made sure everything was done that needed to be done to my vehicle. My car runs like it was brand new. Will was especially great. He explained everything the vehicle needed and the time and cost it would take to repair. No extras. I am very satisfied with the work that was done to my Sonata. Plus there opened on Sunday! Great Service Department.
