Sunshine on a Cloudy Day!
I needed to have an oil change done and made an appointment on what became an early in the morning, cloudy, rainy, cold day. My misery was quickly abated when I met Will, my service rep, and the young lady in the cashier's office. They were both extremely warm, friendly, and knowledgeable.
