I dropped my car off after hours. I received an acknowledgment early the next morning and follow up text until the service was completed. I always knew what was happening with my car.

Wil was very helpful in helping me through the process of having my car repaired. What I thought was a simple repair turned out to be me finding out that two bullets had gone through my bumper and grill during a random shooting when I wasn't home. Wil was able to secure the shell casings and leave them for me to receive when I picked up my car, so that I could file a police report. He also kept me updated on the repairs. I've had interactions with him before and he has always been a very pleasant person. He's one of the reasons I return to that location instead of going back to College Park where I bought my car.

Have not heard anything about my car or was causing it to malfunction brought in on Friday to get an oil change and service Sunday illness. Put a new battery in still will not start that they have not called me yet what the diagnosed what's going on with the vehicle

Happy but problem still has yet to be solved
I was happy and pleased with the way
Will the customer service representative handle things.. my problem has yet to be fixed but to be honest this is a manufacturer issue. Not sure it was too much more the service tech could've done.
