I’ve only been in for service twice for my vehicle, but have been beyond pleased with the service and cost. My lease is up in June and I will be purchasing another Hyundai. Love my Genesis and love this dealership!

I took my car in in October of last year. My spark plugs were replaced. My car started startling and engine light came on. I took the car in on Monday. The cause of the engine light to be on was because the spark plugs were not tightened. They all had to be replaced and cleaned up the whole area where oil leaked. The person at the service desk tells me that I needed to replace my spark plugs. I told him if he was kidding me, because I had already replaced them. He had to check on that and call me back. How can you not know what was done to the car. There should be a history. I have never taken a car to the dealership. I always went somewhere else, because everything is more expensive at the dealership. I wanted to take this car to the dealership because of recalls on newer cars and wanted everything being serviced at one place.

I am not happy that I trusted this company to take care of my car and take care of me. Being a woman driver and in a 3 year old car is not comforting. It did not tell me my brake lights needed replacement either. I don't look at the back of my car to see if my lights are working. Someone had to tell me my break lights were out.

I had a 14 year old car that didn't need as much service as this car needs. This is my first ever Hyundai car, I had a car accident and had to get a car, since the other one was too old to repair. This car was comparable to that one, and I bought it.

I hope, I don't have any issues after this last time.

Travis and his team are AMAZING!!!
Unfortunately, I had an issue with my Genesis 2.0T. I was on my way to work at a new job and something broke in my engine. I was barely able to get my car to work. I called Temecula Hyundai and spoke to Travis. I explained the situation and that I was at a new job and couldn't leave. He was so understanding and actually sent someone down to pick it up for me. After inspection, it was found that a rod broke, something shot through the turbo and into my catalytic converter. My engine was destroyed! He not only worked hard to get my engine replaced under warranty, he also was able to get a loaner car approved for me in the meantime. My girl (my Genesis ) now has a brand new engine & exhaust manifold thanks to Travis and his team with no work/stress on my end. I have been to several dealership service departments through the years and have never received the Amazing service that was provided by Travis. Even though the dealership is approximately 50 miles from my home, it will be the only service department that I will ever take my Genesis to again. Great work guys! My sincere thanks to Travis, Luis & Drew for the all of their assistance in what could have been a very stressful situation.

Travis was my first contact, he was very friendly they were under staffed that Sunday but he kept a friendly professional attitude, I told him I had to go to work in the afternoon so he made sure my car was ready n washed at the time I needed, it was a very good experience, thank you Travis n the other gentleman that was there, I didn't get his name

Outstanding People At Temecula Hyundai
We have always been treated well and made to feel welcome. It's a nice surprise when the Parts Department manager remembers us from previous visits. The Service Department employees actually care about the people who are trusting them with their cars. I like knowing I can ask questions and get real answers. The people at this dealership always provide a pleasant experience. I have recommended Temecula Hyundai to others who have purchased their cars there as a result and I will continue to do so.
