Service Advisor Travis Kuhn
Just a quick note to commend our Service Advisor, Travis Kuhn, for his professionalism and friendly disposition. I've never been a fan of taking our vehicles to a dealership for service unless it's warranty work. But, each time we take our vehicle to Travis, he seems genuinely interested in the vehicle, it's overall operation and that we're happy. Recently, when we did have an ongoing issue, Travis took the problem personally and went out of his way to ensure the issue was resolved correctly and in a timely manner.
My wife and I appreciate his dedication to our satisfaction and his exemplary customer service.

Fast service
Came in for routine oil change and they told me my 5 year old batter was on its way out. They had the part on hand and swapped it with little additional time. Was in and out of there with most of my Saturday morning left. Excellent service as usual.

Car was ready before stated time!
I was able to bring my oil and filter of choice, the Hyundai dealership I purchased this car told me that was against corporation rules (among other things). I appreciate honesty! I will not return to that dealership.
One thing that is annoying - Please spell my first name correctly - Gerald - not - Gerlad!

A dealership that treats me right.
I purchased my Genesis and service it st Temecula Hyundai. They have always been extremely helpful and looked out for my needs. While I live in Las Vegas, I regularly travel to this area. I choose to use Temecula Hyundai for all of my needs, including any future purchases because of the way they’ve treated me. I would recommend them to anyone for their next purchase.

Happy Hyundai Owner!
Brought my car in a little bit earlier than my scheduled appointment time and I thought I was going to have to wait longer but was told 1 hour and 15 min and was ready at the exact time that i was given. Very happy I didn't have to wait. The gentlemen that assisted me was also very nice and had great customer service.

The overall service is good but there would be times I'd be waiting for hours for an oil change. I drive 40 minutes away just to get service here because I thought since I bought the car from here they'd take care of me. They do, sometimes.

Other than loving the three Tucsons I have owned, one of the main reasons I buy Hyundai vehicles is because of their Service Dept. They are the BEST!! Everyone is helpful, courteous, friendly and I am never blindsided with added costs or repairs.
