I was helped by Travis and no problem at all..the only hassle was my tires were checked and adjusted by technician 888...but the pressure was not correct as the psi light came on and showed only 29 psi in the tires when the 2017 tucson requires 35 psi, so I had to go and put air in my tires myself. My service report shows tech 999 washed my car, but my car was not washed, but that was not a big deal to me.

Everyone made sure that I knew they were there to help!
Everyone was helpful but not overly so. It was just right! In fact Kevin (who is the valet service guy) told me about the new Genesis valet service and I bought a new 2018 G80 5.0 that same day!

The professionalism, cleanliness, and speed
I love Temecula of Hyundai! I live in northern San Diego county and pass up the closer dealerships to get to this one. I've had such a great expiernece here with checking in and online booking, they always explain the services that I'm getting and have always finished before the estimated time!

Poor follow-up on problem they created
They break parts on my car, don't call when parts are in (sitting in shop for 2 weeks), parts broken again, sit in shop again, and finally fix. All from a simple oil change. No sincere apology or cares from them. Very disappointing.

Mr. Eberhardt,

            I am so sorry you feel this way about our establishment. I spoke to you at the last visit and I believe that I was very sincere with my apology. If you were looking for some kind of compensation I wish we would have had that conversation while you were here. We normally don't order/ replace after-market equipment but in this case because of the unfortunate accident we had to order parts from a vendor and the service advisor was not made aware that the parts arrived. It is absolutely no excuse in any which way and hope that we can regain your trust in our dealership and continue to service your sons car in the future. I know at times mistakes are made and my technician feel very bad about the situation. Unfortunately he is no longer employed here and for that I'm sure nothing like this will happen in the future. The fact that the running board was damaged on the second time was out of our control. We have corrected the issues and hope we can wipe the slate clean and start our relationship all over again. Value pricing , great service. Simple and easy to make on line reservation. The coffee and hit chocolate were a bonus. The car wash was unexpected. Small issue. . The service indicator was not reset. Not is looks like I am over due for service.

Service OK, but communication, not so much.
My vehicle was serviced promptly and was completed much quicker than expected as the dealership is usually very busy and has long waits.
My biggest gripe is that someone removed my front license plate and reattached it with a "Temecula Hyundai" license plate cover without my knowledge. It took me about a week to notice. If I am going to advertise for the dealership someone should have asked me if that was OK. Perhaps a few bucks off of the bill. It irritates me that they would do this without disclosing it.

I am so sorry to hear that my staff had changed out your lic. plate I am pretty sure that this may have been a mistake by my porters because we always like to make sure and get it cleared by the customer. If you would like I can change the plate frames to another type, please feel free to contact me and I can send someone out with different frames. I have spoken to my staff and advised them to be VERY clear with the customer and advisor on the correct vehicle to swap frames with. I apologize once again.

My son took my car there, so I had no personal experience. However, apparently, staff were very professional and the recalls were taken care of.
Did not expect to have my car washed and the courtesy shuttle brought my son home so he did not have to sit over 3 hours.

Every time I bring my car in for service it is always a positive and great experience. Travis, the advisor was wonderful. He even arranged a ride home and back to the dealership while my car was being serviced. Even better, I got a sweet discount on the services because it was Sunday. This is very much appreciated! You all have wonderful advisors Carlos, Gabriel, and Travis. The guys who also worked on my vehicle are great too! Great teamwork!
