Nice staff, great little coffee/latte maker available. I had to wait a while only because I didn't have an appointment. Waiting area has vending machine, tv, etc.

Temecula Hyundai has the best staff, from front office to service department. When I call to schedule an appointment I'm greeted by a friendly voice; the service department staff is always smiling and happy; and I'm in and out and on my way to work in a matter of minutes. At my last scheduled service appointment, another Hyundai owner drove her car into the service bay ignoring those of us who had been there waiting since before 7 AM. Staff was aware of her doing so and our vehicles were serviced in the order in which we arrived. EXCELLENT customer service - I've never had a problem at Temecula Hyundai. You have employees of whom you should be proud!!!!

After only 23 months (and <13K miles) on my car, my battery was shot. When I called to inquire about a new battery, I was told it was under warranty, but I had to have the car present at the dealership to have it replaced. Since I couldn’t start my car, I asked if I could just bring the battery in to replace, they said since it was warranty related, the car had to be present, and informed me that I had Hyundai Assurance, and they would tow it to the dealership for free. I’m not sure how I didn’t know about this awesome service, but after brining my car in, they quickly (all in all about 45 minutes, but they were slammed and took me in without an appointment) replaced my battery with no hassles. They didn’t try to make my issue bigger than it was, try to sell me anything I didn’t need, or try to deny the warranty on the part in question. It was such a relief to know that they were really there for me and my needs and able to get me back on the road without a single cent out of pocket. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Temecula Hyundai (first two no problems, just upgrades!) and am very pleased with how well that have treated me while owning all three. I truly find comfort in owning my Elantra, having bought from this dealership.

NEW CAR DEFECTIVE ENGINE
My brand new car car went in for an MIL warning which returned a code indicating a misfire in the # 4 cylinder, I had 505 miles on the BRAND NEW CAR ! Drove the car home and when we went out to start the car the MIL warning light was on again, this is unacceptable as far a I am concerned!!!
So although everyone is very nice at the dealership the car is back in and service said they were going to take the engine apart to find the problem. I bought a brand new car in good faith and got a car with a broken engine, this is unacceptable. So even though everyone is very nice unless I get some satisfaction out of the dealer I an giving a low rating.
I might be able to change that if the Dealer exchanges this new car with a replacement new car or the service department replaces the engine with a brand new engine!
