Warranty work
The warranty person arrived 3 days later than we were told and therefore we were unable to get a rental car for a week. Plus the parts were on backorder but were able to be found sooner than expected. The Temecula Hyundai service managers were very helpful in keeping us informed.

Came in here for some recall work and they completed that and recommended some additional Warranty work. We were provided with Lyft service, a free oil change, and car wash. Exceptional!

Excellent Customer Service
I had a warranty issue and made an appointment to have the work done. As soon as I pulled in, I was met by their service person, shown to the "check-in" (for want of another word) and was immediately assisted. The work was done in about 30 minutes, car was washed and I was on my way. The customer service there is excellent!! All of the people in that department are friendly, out going and professional!

Great service experience.
Easy telephone appointment for next day. Major maintenance performed in a very reasonable time and at a fair price. Appreciated being kept informed all along the way. Shuttle was unavailable for a period but they provided a LYFT ride.
