I had issues with my car not turning off I called from my home and the gentleman said to bring my car right in and within two hours my car was fixed and I was back home

Friendly reps
Easy drop off and pick up with the Lyft service. This is a huge plus.
Car serviced well.
The car has not been completely cleaned by service tech, with dark grease marks from hands on the leather. This has been an issue before too.
Also car not kept out after call made that it was ready to be picked up. Had a wait to get the car after arrival to pick up.

My apologies for the grease marks on the leather, if you would like to bring it down I can take it to detail and get it cleaned.  Sorry for the vehicle not being ready for you on pick up due to our lot we park vehicles on the top lot at times and have to bring them down. Went in to get something fixed under warranty and Travis helped us out right away. He also provided us with a Lyft to and from the mall which was very convenient. My car was fixed earlier than expected and was nice and clean when I picked it up. Great customer Service

Not Happy
I had a tire that needed re-placing due to a screw. Hyundai did not have the tire in stock. Had to settle for a different brand but the tire pressure is different that the other 3 tires now. I am not happy about this, What can be done.
