Good communication, timely
They were quick to respond and completed work in a timely manner. The overall cost of repairs was very high. I could’ve had it done cheaper with my local mechanic.

Top-rate customer service
Stopped in unannounced when my low air in tire light came on for second time in a week. They worked me in, found a nail, replaced the tire and had me back on the road again quickly. They consistently offer such service.

Dennis Hyundai is a very customer-centric automobile dealership servicing their customers and a concierge fashion. Keeping in mind guys like Todd, my vehicle maintenance advisor. Makes this organization what it is..without guys like him it would be just another dealership all companies need to keep that front and center. I received speedy service for a software upgrade and oil change. Friendliness and kindness were the attitudes of all the personnel I encountered. I received a report of all the additional options for caring for my vehicle with no pressure to fix them all. What I chose to have
repaired was handled immediately and at a great price! Thank you! AND BONUS My car was washed when brought to me:)

17 years of Hyundai service.
Since I bought my first Hyundai in Florida in 2002, none of my 3 cars since then have never been serviced anywhere but Hyundai .I think that speaks for my loyalty.

There is no otter Hyundai I would rather go to only because of Casey he is the best of the best that you have there and I only deal with Casey because of his knowledge and dedication w his craft of dealing with the public I would highly reccomend Casey for a higher position Ever since I was introduced to Dennis Hyundai back in 2015 I knew that I was going to get the best service and only from you.
