Thiefs and shitty service!!! Stay away!
I went in for service for a valve cover change. I spent 300 to tow thw car there and 700 for the replacement. Service took 9 DAYS! After getting my car back after 9 DAYS!!! they lied to me and told me it took so long because only a master tech could work on my car which a complete lie. Especially since talking with my buddies that are also master techs at other Hyunfai dealerships. Now a day after I got my car back my car experienced codes bieng thrown and my sunroof switch was broke. While in thier possession and the turbo keeps cutting out. I have written numerous emails In regards to these 2 issues and they have alllllll been ignored. I have also contacted the service manager Nate Larmore Including the GM Ken Robinson and still getting blown off. Am currently speaking to a lawyer about the issues and will be in contact with them soon. This has been going on since April 6th. This has been the wooooorst experience with a company and dealership I have ever had. SO NOT CONTACT OR BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!
I had a 2015 Hyundai Sonata repaired here for a P0010 code then got charged 3400 for the code to be removed. 2 weeks later on 4/7/23 a loud crackling began so I pulled over immediately and got it towed back up there. A piece they replaced had came apart and caused my engine to blow. Its now 4/19/23 I haven't had a call from them on an update. I asked for a loaner car so I can get back and forth to work and was told I'm 2nd on a waiting list and that I'd have to pay 35 a day for it when it's available, still haven't got that either. They won't answer the phone most of the time then when they finally do I'm transferred to a voice-mail. This is by far the worst place I've ever had a repair done, I also currently finance this same car through them and now regret doing so, they get a two thumbs down from me....P.S I still don't know anything about what's going on with my car or if they're going to pay me back for the shitty repair or anything !!!!!

Bought this car less than 6 months ago. Paying over 500.00 in labor. No help from sales or service. And I HAVE MIDDLE WARRANTY
I paid 20,000 for a 2019 Chevy Equinox in July. Check engine light on already. They referred me to a Chevy dealership vs them working on the car. Evap system messing up. 500.00 to fix it. When I bought the car salesman assured me it was a reliable car. I asked them to do an oil change. They said they had just done it not long ago. Oil light was on the following month and guess who had to pay for it? You guessed Me. When I asked them to fix the Evap system they said we can't do anything because you bought the preferred extended warranty pack not the premier. If you want you can bring it back and we can see if we can get you in something different. Who wants a Hyundai when they are being stolen all over the world. You'll be upside down because you only had it about six months. just terrible to pay all that money and the car has problems within 6 months and they leave you hanging out to dry....Be careful who you buy from.

I hit a deer with my Genesis G90
I hit a deer with my Genesis G90. I have all my service performed at Dennis, so it made sense to start there for my bodywork. My initial estimate was with Max Tinsley. Max was very professional and provided the insurance estimate quickly. Max made sure I was aware of the possible supply chain issues with a frontend collision on the G90 because of the computer systems. I left the car at Dennis for repair. The customer service Max provided was outstanding! He kept me apprised of the supply chain issues and the repair progress at the exact level I needed.

I picked up my "new" G90 and it is just as nice as it was 3 years ago! Thank you Max and Dennis... I would recommend the Dennis Collision Center and Max to anyone in need of this service.

Excellent purchase experience and support from Cole at Dennis Hyundai East Columbus Oh.
Cole guided me to purchase the best vehicle for my needs. He went out of his way to give us an in car experience before purchase. His follow up support after purchase has been incredible to get the most out of our car technology. Hyundai was an excellent change for a committed Camry owner. Hyundai is a higher tier vehicle.

Longtime customer
I have been a longtime customer (3 separate leases) over the last 10 years and have been quite satisfied. Always have had great customer service over the years. Ran into Brent Johnson at the gas station and let him know my lease end was coming up. He told me to stop in and see him and he would help me out. Finally got up to see him, and he was great. Explained how the lease to purchase option worked and answered all of my questions about purchasing my Ionic. Smooth transition and I am glad I did with the price of gas these days. Highly recommend him.

Job well done!
I worked with Brent, and he was able to find me a 2022 Tuscon Hybrid! I had been looking since December 2021 and was beginning to search out of the city/state. Brent went above and beyond to help me! He was super friendly and easy to work with. I will be a Hyundai customer for life! Oh... and I LOVE my car so much!!!
