Courteous, professional and knowledgeable
Carmine's helped me with several issues on a car that had been in storage for some time. I worked with both Dillon and Stuart and they explained all that they were doing, were in regular contact with me as I'm out-of-state and kindly kept the car inside until I could fly back and pick it up. The repairs were pricey, but for an older make that is no longer manufactured, not unexpected due to parts cost. They secured advance approval for all work done and I am very happy with my results. I just hate that I no longer live in the area to utilize their services on all of my vehicles.

Professional and Customer Caring
Stuart and all of the staff at Carmine's Import was very friendly, professional and very detailed about their work. I took my car in for some repair work and not really knowing what all I needed to be repaired. Stuart greeted me when I went in for service and he was my go-to person throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in detail on what repairs was needed and the cost. I really liked the care that is shown to the customers and the quality work that is done to make customers happy ; )

Very professional and customer focused.
From beginning to end Stuart was on point. He captured my problem and did a complete review of the vehicle which brought attention to a couple other needs and gave me the option of selecting from his suggestions.
During the process he defined the length of time of the repair and met the timeline. After completion of work he advised that it was ready, they added an inside and outside car wash at no charge.
