Not Happy with the Service Dept

In my opinion the service center in Capitol Heights creates issues. Twice I have brought my vehicle in to replace one light bulb and they charge me for multiple bulbs that were not blown when I brought the car in. What happened on the service floor to cause 2-6 other bulbs to blow? No one can seem to answer that question. Next time I'll take my car to Pep Boys.

The prompt service time.

I was very pleased with the actual service on my car; however, getting the service department on the telephone was difficult when being transferred to that department. The telephone was not answered.
