I needed on the spot service; front headlight out on drivers side.
Came in and inform tech what I needed and he had it done within an half hour. Great service!!

Why I returned to Pohanka
Although I didn't purchase from Pohanka, the service dept. is close to work. Last year, I had a great Serviceman-Shawn and he took great care of me. Unfortunately, the re was a problem with the phone being answered and handled appropriately. Couldn't get through or had to wait inordinate times for the phone to be answered. Less than professional folks on the phones at times. I changed to another body shop for my maintenance.
Again, due to the convenience of location, I thought I would try Pohanka once more for service. I am SO glad I did. Seems management of the phone lines had been corrected and Shawn was STILL there!! So happy now. Unless, something gets dropped over there, I will stay with Pohanka.

I normally go to Fitzgerald Hyundai but sense I was in the area I wanted to get an oil change done before a road trip. It took awhile before I was seen although I had an appointment. It was not as friendly as the dealership I am use to. Once my car was done, I saw that who ever worked on my car bent the plate in front in half and did not bother to fix it. I will not be returning.
