I would definitely recommend Pohanka Hyundai’s Service Department due to ease of the check in / check out process, the information provided prior to and after service of expectations, amenities, and the inclusion of a complimentary multi-point inspection.

I always get great, friendly, efficient service with no hassle, and no appointment.
Sean Tolton always provides great service. I found I had a convenient opportunity to take my car in for its 60,000 mile service with about 1100 miles to go, so I headed out there and called on the way to see if it was convenient. Sean, my usual service manager was unavailable, but the person answering the phone assured me me I could be served. Sean was apparently alerted and he had someone in the drive looking for me when I pulled in. They took my car in immediately and returned it to me within less than two hours, washed and ready for my holiday road trip next weekend. Mr. Tolton consistently provides the greatest auto maintenance service I've had in over fifty years of car ownership, always with a smile, and applies any discounts to which I may be entitled. Hyundai makes a great car and Sean Tolton and Pohanka provide great service.
