Pohanka provided excellent customer service, as well as took great care of my vehicle. I’d like to thank Sean for keeping me posted on the status as necessary. In addition, my license plate had been missing a screw, which caused the tag to hang. I was quite surprised, but very thankful to see that service went out of their way to fix it. Would definitely return for service based on my experience.

Service at this dealership is very courteous and professional, timely notification on service progress and the location is quite convenience for commuting.
I returned my 2013 Hyundai Genesis to your dealership on July 30 for it's 60,000 service with the understanding that I would pick it up on the following day. I received a text from Sean a few hours later concerning the couple of items that I wanted his technician to check during the service stating that no abnormal performance was observed during the initial check. Sean called me around noon the following day letting me know that the 60,000 service had been completed and my car was ready for pickup. I picked my car and paid a bill that was very reasonable for the service performed, additional my car had been washed and cleaned after service completion.

Appointment time not honored
This service department does not honor appointments made on the Hyundai online site. I was told their policy is take first come first served. So why have the option to make an appointment for service. Not sure I will be back to this location.

Would like to thank Shawn for his efficient service this past weekend. He received my car from the tow truck driver and kept me informed every step. I did not have to come in to the service department to sign anything, all interactions were done by phone in a timely manner. Car was examined and diagnosed within 2 hours and ready for pick-up the next morning.

Mr. Tolson is the only name you need to know! He is my service provider and I can honestly say he provides me with the highest level of customer service Hyundai has to offer. From the time I hand my vehicle over to him, he keeps me updated on when and where the technicians are in the service process or repairs being done on my vehicle. If they're any warrantee issues or recalls he makes sure to take care of them before returning my car. I thought it was just because I owned the Equus but he also provided me with the same level of service when I brought my Sonata in. It's a big difference from when I used to take my S550 in for service. I highly recommend this dealership just alone on the level of service I received.

Service great!

Why I needed the service, well that is not great. I am blessed that my car did not stop during the torrential down pour on rte 50 in Maryland. My elderly mother and I would have had a tragic accident that would have ended in a fatality.

Not happy with warranty repair policy of paying a portion of the car rental payment due to the extensive amount of engine repairs which meant all the loaners were assigned to other customers.
