Technician Is Very Highly Recommend To Service and Customer

I had the pleasure of working with Sean as my technician. I would recommend him to anyone that needs service. I was on vacation and my car could not be service right away. Sean phoned me and discussed my concerns and kept me in the loop the total time. I provided him with my dates to return to the US and the date I would be available to pick my car up. When I picked up my car Sean reviewed everything with me.

Thanks to Sean that my problem was resolved in a manner acceptable to me. I had taken my car in for service for the same problem prior to leaving for vacation with no satisfaction on the resolution. That service center wanted to provide a solution unacceptable to me because it did not fix the problem I was experiencing.

Thanks goes out to Sean he is a great access to the Hyundai family.

From the first phone call to inquire about service to paying the cashier at pick-up; the customer service has been excellent! Sean worked with me through the entire process and sent timely text updates, the communication was consistent and clear. I received an update at every step of the process.
