Satisfied with the result
When I initially brought my car in, they weren't able to find anything wrong but after the tech tried to start the car the next morning, they found it was the starter and took care of it. Thank goodness for the extended warranty which turned my several hundred dollars worth of repair into $100.

Lack of effort
I came in to get the pin code for a smart key, a service advertised as available only at the dealership. I was told the pin number was only available as part of the programming and that the service would cost 80.00 A service which costs 45.00 elsewhere. I was left with a take it or leavei it choice

I think the service dept. needs to improve there time. It took 3 hours for an oil change and to change a cable. Others places told me it is about a 30 minute job. I would hate to see how long it would take without an appointment.
