The new customer waiting experience
I have always depended on this dealership to provide quality reliable service on my vehicle. Now we have a more inviting and comfortable place to wait. Choice of refreshments, choice of seating arrangements, and access to sales people if you want to discuss ownership strategies. You can't beat it!

Friendly staff
Having pleasant and helpful staff makes things much easier. Staff was great and took care of all needs. Waiting room was very clean and nice.

Oil Change
I called in the morning to schedule an oil change. They were busy, but able to fit me in the schedule and did it under an hour. LOVE not waiting long!

The best customer service!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and speed with which my car was serviced, not only to mention the awesome customer service. The service advisor (Samantha) was the best I ever met! Right from me dropping off my keys to picking up post service. They didnt have a vending machine, and she gave me her own bag of chips (I feel ashamed but in my defense, I was starving!), If you ever go visit the center, you should meet her. Lakeland Hyundai rocks!

Best Customer Service
I make my appointment one day before taking car for service, and received the best customer service. My vehicle was ready in an hour and was cleaned before deliver. I was also pleased because I was able to take car in on Saturday with out rushing to get to work through the week. I was sold on that availability.
