Usually very good customer service even if they are a bit pricey.
Didn't have all of the recommended service. I went in for an oil change and got a quote for approx 600 dollars for services that were claimed I needed. I opted out and just had the oil change. In the beginning they used to vaccum my rugs this time only drivers side? Nice wash job though.

Thank you for your rating and review. We apologize for  your inconvenience and issue regarding your wiring. It is frustrating to deal with any situation that is not directly related to any action you have personally taken and yet still be responsible. On rare occasions have we seen this issue and very few cases have been reported to Hyundai USA about this particular problem. We do know that Hyundai Engineers are working on more eco-friendly products that stand up to elements and other factors (rodents), but unfortunately this does not help your immediate concern. As part of our reporting process, we have notified Hyundai of this particular issue and have yet to hear back specifically about your needed repair.

The staff and service
The service department was very accommodating when I called for an appointment. They were on time and my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner.
They also washed and vacuumed the inside of my vehicle without asking. Nice job.
