Will recommend if you are filling an insurance claim!!
Well.. I have been taking my car before there mainly for oil changes. After that I took my car since I did experience a huge change on my vehicle they were able to figure out the issue and did fix it were very great on communicating that with me, also keep in mind I did fill a claim thorough my insurance! In a instance they seem they wanted to get paid because when I was ready to pick up my vehicle they wanted to know figure out I had the money which is reasonable to ask! After they fixed the problem I was notified about another issue in which I stated to them I have not experience that issue other wise I would of told them about it. They said they will look further into the situation and told me it would not correlate with the issue they fixed in my car “ I said okay” left the dealership thinking my car was okay. Which it was, however I’am experiencing the issue they had told me about, I reach out to them until this day I have not heard anything!

In and out with new battery!!
Not at home and vehicle would not start, eventually it did, and we drove it to the dealership. It was the battery. Put in a new one and all is good again!! Thanks.

Another satisfying normal maintenance trip to my local Hyundai dealer
I had set up a service appointment with the Temecula Dealership, unfortunately I didn't double check the date I entered and when I arrived at the dealership to have the requested maintenance performed, I was informed that my appointment was still 2 weeks away. I went back and looked at my backup and found that I had goofed. They took me anyway and I was pretty embarrassed by mistake but the personnel didn't worry about it and took care of it 2 weeks early!

Every time I take my car for any car service I leave the dealership fully contented and satisfied with quality of work. Staffs are really friendly and make you feel comfortable even if there’s a wait. The facility is cleaned and relaxing.

My 2014 Sonata had to have the engine replaced under warranty. Everyone at Temecula Hyundai was great to work with and kept the lines of communication open throughout the process. I've moved out of the Temecula area since my original purchase but would definitely go back if I still lived there!

Second time
This is the second time two of my lease cars broke. The first time I changed it. The second time they wanted to increase my payment to $400+ dollars. I didn’t have any choice but to wait a month for my car to be repaired and I didn’t have a fair price or option to change it.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback; I assure you that we take any recommendation for improvement very seriously and work to ensure that negative aspects of one's experience never occur again.

With that, I'd like to apologize for the issues that you experienced while your 2020 Hyundai Venue was here for service. We pride ourselves on providing fast, friendly, efficient service to every customer that visits Temecula Hyundai, and it is evident that in your case, we failed to meet this expectation. To address the delay in servicing your vehicle, I do acknowledge that Hyundai Motor America has been experiencing large-scale supply-chain issues, in which several high-demand parts are on national backorder. This is most-likely the reason for the lenth of time that we had your vehicle here for maintenance. However, I completely understand how frustrating it is to be without a vehicle for that long, and sympathize with your concerns.

As for the sales-related issues with your leases, I would be happy to forward your concerns to the management team in the Sales Department so that they have an opportunity to make this right. They would be more than willing to assist you in this matter.

Great Staff
The team here at Tmecula Hyundai are great! The staff knows exactly what they are doing and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were able to get what we needed to do on our Ioniq fairly quickly. We will definitely return for future services.

Very pleasant and easy
I purchased two vehicles from Temecula Hyundai and i couldn't be happier with the overall professionalism and courtesy the staff provides. Even on a rare occasion when something go wrong, the service department is quick with a fix with a very positive attitude.
