Low oil level check
Called Steve Enriquez about low oil level. He immediately recommended to bring in the vehicle. I was quickly greeted, oil level checked and topped off. Documentation was started for consumption test. I've worked with Steve in the past and he is always professional and goes out of his way to assist me and answers all of my questions and concerns.

Great Service
The staff are very friendly and professional. They check up on you after service to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. However, I would have liked a complimentary wash as other dealers have. I do understand. They are currently under remodeling construction though.

Customer Service at its best!
We had an issue with the motor of our drivers side back window of our Santa Fe. I called the service department and talked with Steve. Steve asked me to bring in our SUV that day so they can take a look at it. The service department was very busy, however after meeting with Steve, he immediately ordered the part and said he will have it installed ASAP. They did exactly that. I would personally like to thank, Steve, Ricky, Blake and the entire service department for their compassion and understanding of our situation. Best regards,

I dropped in to the service department without an appointment to inquire about an appointment to get my oil changed before I leave on a trip. Even though they were booked up for over a month, they worked me in and took care of a recall I was unaware of.

The only issue I had was my key fob was still causing having issues. The battery was replaced but I still had to use the app on my phone to open my door and lock my door.

Friendly Staff, efficient service in a timely manner and a reasonable price
I take my Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealer because I want the work done correctly. I have tried Oil Change shops and have had many problems. I brought my car into Temecula Hyundai. They checked me in right away. They were friendly. My service advisor was very knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the price was competitive. They even recommended a good place to get some lunch while I waited. I now live in Vista but it's worth the drive to get my car serviced by knowledgeable professionals.
