Was told it would be 1 to 1 hour 20 minutes. Ended up being 2 hours for this oil change with an appointment.

I had a 9:15am appointment, and traffic had me running about 5 minutes late. As I pulled up up, I was greeted immediately by the drive attendant, who pulled my information up on an iPad, and by the time I walked up to the the service counter, where my advisor was waiting for me, my repair order was already on the screen. I was offered a couple additional services required at my mileage, which I accepted, as well as a complimentary vehicle wash and vacuum. Total time to completion was quoted at 2-hours, and to my complete surprise, was done in 1-hour 20-minutes! Talk about great service! This is how you do it, and I will most definitely be back!

It's no Joke!
It's no joke! Temecula Hyundai honors their warranty without any confusion or problems. The technicians Steve and Carlos are patient, courteous and kind. They explained the situation and verified my original owner status. I trust every recommendation to keep my car running at it's finest. Excellent team. The Service Department was ready for me as scheduled. Steve Enriquez oversaw the process and contacted me when there was a nail discovered in a tire for permission to proceed. I have worked with Steve for several years and he is why I choose to have my car serviced at Temecula Hyundai.

I must admit I was so disappointed that I had a problem with my car with only 5000 miles on it
I love the car and hope to find it very reliable in the future.

Steve assisted me with this problem but I have had conversations with others in your service department. They are all professional and very helpful.

Steve kept me informed every step of the way with phone calls or texts.

I had a loaner Sante Fe. I had considered just that car to purchase. While I enjoyed driving it, I am very happy I got the hybrid Sonata. I did find all of the printing on rear window with Hyundai name and number was a bit distracting and impaired the rear window vision.

James, who sold me the car saw me in service waiting room, checked on me to say hi and also followed up with a phone call to see how repairs were going

Excellent customer service that I hope to only need for regular maintenance needs!

Temecula Hyundai is worth the drive!
I could go to Escondido Hyundai which is really close to me. But why would I do that when I can get the best service with Steve Enriquez at Temecula Hyundai. It's definitely worth the drive.

Courtesy a lost character trait.
Courtesy seems to be a lost character trait in the world today; however it is the number one reason I continue to deal with Temecula Hyundai. Every employee there is quite courteous and polite. Temecula Hyundai honor's your appt time and ALWAYS gives your car the once over walk around. I appreciate your service more than you can imagine. I am a five year satisfied Hyundai owner.
