I am very sorry for the outcome of the recall that was performed on your vehicle. We typically do not have many issues after performing the recall and unfortunately your vehicle was one of the few that had to come back. I can completely understand your frustration with the sequence of events that occurred. I am sorry for the time taken coming back, getting into a rental and the time it took to get your vehicle repaired also. I will be contacting you shortly to see what we can do to keep you as a customer. The last thing we want is to lose a customer for something that could have been handled different ways. Made appointment for 8:00 am on a Saturday.
Arrived at dealer at 7:45. They got my car in right away and was done by 8:50 a.m.
Perfect!
Nice waiting area and in and out within the hour.
I appreciated them putting my car in first - since I had an appointment.

Fast efficient service
Very hard to get a weekend appt unless you book it a few weeks in advance. Booked a 7am appt for a Friday as I needed service done before an upcoming trip. Was done in less than an hour. Love the fact that use Uber when you need a ride instead of having to take a shuttle with many other customers.

I had to bring my car in due to a warranty issue in the later afternoon and they were about to close. Steve was awesome to get me right in and out the next day at a very reasonable time.

Excellent and dependable service
I had a lot of trouble with my brake lights and the service center really helped me out. I thought I tried everything to fix it but it turned out it was a electrical wiring issue that blew out some fuses.

Now I have my brake lights in perfect working order.
