Recent Oil Change
Everything went pretty well - my oil change was completed in a timely manner and communication was great. Overall, service was excellent. Just slightly disappointed about my car wash. I understand that it's a perk to get the free wash, so perhaps I shouldn't expect much from it, but I am usually disappointed by how it looks when I get it back.

Our goal is always to give your car back to you cleaner than it arrived.  Our automated wash does a good job, but for a really great job it can take more time, we'll always try to balance getting you in and out swiftly, and if your car wash need more attention, please feel free to ask your advisor and we'll certainly try to make extra accomodations for you.

My Hyundai had a recall. I called this dealership to perform the recall service. They had to order parts which took a dayl They offered me a loaner car. They were professional. Was pleased with the service.
