The dealership did a good job. Unfortunately Hyundai has a bad problem in the Pearl White paint.
The service team did a good job of trying to communicate the ever moving target to repair The Pearl white Paint problem.

Delay Delay Delay and incomplete.
Hyundai is more the cause of the problem than the dealership. The pearl White paint is garbage. Once we noticed the problem we were told by the dealership that Hyundai was having a problem with this paint. Just looking at other Hyundai vehicles around town we noticed more and more of the problem, especially above the front windshield, on many cars. Hyundai should have recalled the cars and efficiently repaired the cars. They should have also supplied FREE courtesy cars for such a careless problem.

From service appointment, to check in, to giving realistic time of 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation, it was a smooth process even though remodeling was still going on!

Staff members could acknowledge and be more courteous towards customers regardless of service. Facility in general needs a major improvement. Management should be aware of how the staff treat customers .

Recall handled well
I had a Recall on my Veloster and took it in without an appointment. I was taken care of without any issues. During my 45min wait, I enjoyed some tasty tea and Tv in the waiting area.
